After seeing the apartment and having talked everything with the office person, we made the application and they did not accept us and did not give us any option for help despite the fact that my husband has a good income, they charged us everything very quickly, now they say that the money they return it in 30 days and they have not answered the phone anymore, the attention of their workers is terrible,
On 06/15/20 I did a tour with Latrice to see an available 1 bed, 1 bath unit for rent. My requirements from the begging was that I was looking for remodeled units (stainless steel appliances and vinyl planks floors) and in unit washer and dryer. The date of the appointment she showed me the model unit, bc Unit 06-105 was being upgraded, at that time Latrice confirm that the unit that I was getting was the same as the model, that all she needed to do was to confirm if the appliances were stainless steel or black. The available unit for 07/01 was Unit 06-105. She also promised to send me pictures of the inside of that unit that afternoon which I never got. The next day after calling them more than 10 times to f/u on the pictures I got pictures of an apartment that was not remodeled and for the same price as the remodeled one. this people are not trustworthy as they lied about the available units. DO NOT pay for the application FEE and the Admin FEE until they show you pictures of the apartment that you are getting. The will NOT refund you your money
I’m giving two stars because the property is beautiful. Me and my fiancé walked into the leasing office, one of the leasing agents was with someone and after 10 minutes another lady came out and asked what we needed help with. We told her we wanted to look at a one bedroom, and she said she she didnt have any availability for january to come back in about two weeks... why couldn’t she atleast give us information about the community or show a model? If they couldn’t even bother to show me something, i can only imagine how they’re with their residents. This complex was on my top 3 and now its one of the very last.
I lived in the property for 1 year, the gate is always broken, the Gym is always have problem, Swimming pool is cool, parking is a problem for those who work at night, old maintenance and office guys were amazing, (property was sold and not belongs to Century Apartments) new management is horrible, Rudes and do not know anything about your lease, emergency maintenance if you need not find. The office closes before the regular hours.
I've lived here going on four months and so far the experience has been a poor one. Since moving in , nothing has been fixed that I let the manager know was broken. You pay for pest control, but they really don't spray the apartments. The toilets don't flush properly, be prepared to have your own plunger. It's pretty on the outside, but beware!
current resident moved in early February 2018, Happy with the complex and apartment. Apartment is clean, big patio, open concept living room, dining room, kitchen. Grounds are well kept except for the usual pet owners that do not pick up after their dogs. Mgr Chris was very helpful with my move and is always very friendly and asks how everything is every time he see's me. Great location central to everything. Happy I choose this community hope to stay for a while. I would recommend this complex better then most of them.
After reading the online reviews and obsessing on the company's website to view floor plans, etc. I relocated from out of state and I'm VERY happy about my decision! The maintenance staff is always friendly, attentive and have a smile on their faces, the office staff is very nice and extremely helpful! The new assistant manager is always friendly, the newest leasing agent is extremely sweet and the manager seems to go the extra mile to try and do whatever he can to accommodate the residents needs. We have seen a drastic change over the past 9 months under his lead! The riffraff that was here last year seems to have dissipated, the pool is relaxing, the basketball courts are available to residents, the lake view and bridge are beautiful and the property is very clean, just to name a few. I have to admit, when I read the reviews online, I was concerned about some of the things people have said but after having been here for a while now, I've realized the staff are just people and no matter how hard they try they just can't please everyone. We planned to purchase a house relatively quickly after relocating but I think we may end up staying here for a while. A huge thanks to the staff for making this feel like a home!

Thank you for your review! We are very pleased to know that you are happy.
You pay for a gated community but the gate is always broken. The management sucks and it's a revolving door in the leasing office. They do not work together so you always get different answers. They will close your service request online without actually handling the problem. This place is overpriced for how they treat you and what they offer.
I'm a long time resident, but I will be moving out when my lease is up. They say the property is GATED, but that is a LIE. It hasn't had a working gate in months, and when you complain about it they tell you theres a new manager. What does that have to do with it. People from the local restaurants down the road park in "our" the residents parking spots every night, and then walk to their job. I continually get text messages about food trucks, or pool parties but you can't fix the GATE. There are lights out on every building, the breezeways are dirty, residents speed through the complex like they are racing. Residents don't follow rules and have garbage sitting out in front of their doors all weekend. The worst is the company that you are forced to use to pay your trash, water, bill charges a $3.00 surcharge on every bill, and a $5.00 charge for service fee. They charge $8.00 every month for nothing, $96 a year. DONE WASTE YOUR MONEY.

We moved in around April and most things were good. The entrance to the complex is beautiful and inviting. They take you on a tour of half the grounds but not the bad half. Management has changed three times since we moved in. The new Manager Chris seems nice though. Jill in the front office seems nice as well. The biggest issues are that we all pay for a gated community but the front gate hasn't worked in 2 months. Also the dog feces from people not cleaning up after their animals even though they supply bags in multiple locations. The complex is quiet. We were told that we had a unit with upgraded appliances but it was not. The dishwasher is so loud you can't hear anything or anyone when it is on. There also was paint over spray all over the apartment when we moved in. For the most part it's a good quiet place to live bit they really need to step up their game for the money they charge for rent per month.

If you like hanging around a nice clean pool. Do not come to this pool! The pool area is nasty and any repairs in this area never gets done.

I have lived here almost 5 years. They do a pretty good job keeping it updated. They have painted and they pressure wash about once a year. The parking in building 2 is an issue. There is not enough spots for all the cars. Have to park by building 1 or 3. This is really a pain when bringing in groceries. Have had a lot of issues with the a/c lately, but they are trying their best to fix it. The 3 bedrooms are quite roomy, but the layout is not the best I have seen. A lot of wasted space. The folks in the office are pretty nice and the maintenance guys respond quick. Overall a pretty good place to call home.
Love it! Only wish laundry room little bigger and mine have louvered door instead of solid..have window on there that would give lite into Kitchen. Great area, close to everything, peaceful, pet friendly and kept up. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!!! Lived here since 2012. Hope to sign my 4th lease soon. Updates in other apts.are really nice too Wish mined was ...;)
When entering the complex its set back so you don't have to encounter any roadside noise. The aparments them selves are nice and spacious. The issue is you can hear the neighbors upstairs every foot step. And the breezeways are loaded with wasp nests. Unfortunately you can call the office before and after you get stung and nothing will be done. The central air unit has to be refilled with frion once a month but it works well afterwards. The pool is awesome to hang out by and the lake is filled with fish and Turtles. If you can stand the noise and the minor repairs this would be a great place to live, its safe for the most part beware of speeders in the parking lot. The office administration is not bad, their is one individual who carries around an attitude but will eventually help you. The other two managers are sweet and friendly. They are always holding events for the community. The fitness center usually has working equipment but the treadmills can be flakey at times. They are currently getting together for yoga on Wedensday evenings located in the indoor Basketball court. Overall my stay here over the years wasn't bad, but the daily neighbor noise can be annoying. Come check it out and choose yourself, word of advice choose a third floor apt.
I've lived in this apartment complex for the last 2 years. Over those 2 years there has been some management changes. Since the new company has taken over the complex, there has been more crime and lack of care put into the community. It's a great location but the unrealistic, outdated complex needs some changes.
