Property Ratings at Seasons of Traverse Mountain
Clean and maintained. Great communication from management. Have enjoyed the apartment. Beautiful views.
Maintenance Complete The maintenance crew did a great job. They fixed our shower temperature issue and our front door problem. Thank you!
We have lived here for about 5 years, and our rent keeps increasing, while the quality of living decreases. It’s extremely frustrating to have amenities that are neglected and allowed to be abused by non-residents. The pool area, jacuzzi, and BBQ, were a huge selling point to us when deciding where to live and raise our daughters. Unfortunately, the current management refuses to make this area a priority so the jacuzzi rarely works, the pool is dirty, and the whole area is frequently overrun with people who don’t live here. It’s becoming a regular occurrence, and my daughters no longer feel safe. Multiple complaints have been made by me and other residents, and I can’t get so much as a response to acknowledge the problem. It’s disappointing to have held up my end of the lease, by paying my rent on-time about 60 times now, only to be ignored when I ask Management to fulfill their end. Definitely don’t get the “happy to have you” vibe anymore. Our appliances in our unit barely function, and it takes forever to get any repairs made.
TERRIBLE. You need to ask so many times for a simple service, they never do their job. If the want to they will not take the trash if the bag is bigger or black. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU WANT TO LIVE PEACEFULLY.
I had lived here couple years and just moved out recently. When time went by, all the services and environment went down the hill. The public area is messed and with a lot of dog wastes and trashes. Do not expect their Gym because more than half fitness machines are out of service all the time. During winter time, please be prepared that you won't be able to get out of this community as they are extremely slow on plugging snow. While moved out, I don't think there is any reason to clean the unit cuz no matter how they will find a reason to charge you. Also, please make sure you review with them together or they will just try to add lots of lines on your final bill. Most important, don't try to fight for your right. They will just say you are argumentative.
I’ve lived in a lot of apartments, and this has by far been the worst experience. The apartment we moved into was dirty, with several broken items (dishwasher, blinds, and etc.) including a closet completely full with someone else’s stuff. The staff also mixed up our garage and subsequently went in without our consent and moved all of our stuff. We had no idea where our stuff was for the several days it took them to figure out their mistake. When I complained, I was told that if they repaired every mistake, they would make no money. We lived here for less than 3 months, had the apartment very clean for move out, but we’re tagged with a $70 cleaning fee (yet no itemized reason why). Do not move here—we definitely regret it.
Wonderful management Nancy and her team very helpful quick response for any issue Great Location Plenty of stores restaurants within walking distance
Alison was so helpful and friendly!! She answered all of my questions before, during, and after our move-in! She continues to help to the best of her ability. Besides her, this is the best place we’ve ever lived! Our only complaint is the price is a little steep.
I lived in these apartments and I have to say I wouldn’t recommend you living here. The apartments are pet friendly, but no one seems to pick up their dogs crap. Second, you constantly have neighbors smoking inside of their apartment. You pay a fee for people to come and pick up your trash but they only show up half the time and the winds get so bad the trash just ends up everywhere. Oh and by the way don’t worry about cleaning up your apartment when your moving because they’re gonna find all sorts of ways to charge you. I had cleaned the inside and out of my apartment, changed all the lightbulbs, and they still charged me for cleaning fees and lightbulb replacements. Oh don’t let me forget how they charged me for things that were already broken when we moved in. Don’t be fooled they are looking for ways to keep your deposit and charge you for things on your way out. For current residents don’t waste money on hiring someone to clean the apartment they’ll just end up charging you anyway. Shame on me for trying to clean my apartment.
Just moved out after living at the apartment complex for 2 years. Big lesson learned from our end that you should consider before moving here. Your deposit will not be returned. The apartment managers (Nancy) and Team will do anything to keep your money. They WILL FIND something wrong to justify the money being kept. The overall maintenance on the property is poor and it is falling apart. Building D in particular had bad water leaks with the rains that caused drywall to virtually disintegrate. Pro Tip - If you make the decision to move in, POINT OUT EVERY LITTLE THING THAT IS WRONG with the apartment at move in. Every little speck of dirt, every little scratch, every broken or slightly damaged item. No matter if you think that it is something mundane in nature, DO NOT overlook it. YOU WILL BE CHARGED for it at move out. Make sure that you clearly document everything on their move in check list. The property managers are after your money and they will do anything to keep your deposit and then some. Forget wear and tear and the fact that the apartments are several years old. The management team wants them to look new AT YOUR EXPENSE. If I had to do it all over again, I would not move here. There are several other properties that are less expensive in the area.
Have been staying in 2 bedroom unit for years now. Rooms are big enough and they make you feel very comfortable. The facilities inside of the unit are working well, although they are not the best products in the market I hadn't got any issue with the interior or appliances in the kitchen and laundry. There are expected and acceptable noises, though noise level is subjective it is still very quiet. While this is a great place to stay, the best part of the apartment, in my opinion, is the management staff who are very friendly, attentive, and fair enough. The apartment comes with a communication package (DirectTV and BlueRim Networks for broadband service) and they are ready to use.
We will miss this STM apts. We enjoyed our stay here. The scenic view from our balcony is unforgettable all year, tranquil on Spring and holiday festive feeling in Winter. Thank you for the happy memories.
I like the proximity to the highway. It’s really close to the outlet, supermarkets and restaurants. The only downside for me is that the complex is way too big for its common areas. I think the pool and specially the gym are far too small for this many people. I would love for it to have a bigger gym some day so it could be a lot more comfortable for everyone to use!
I like this complex a lot for its location and the privacy and comfort of being far from the highway noises and busy streets. I also really enjoy the fact of being close to national parks like the American Fork Canyon.
Plenty of parking and wonderful views! The office staff was wonderful to help us into the apartment we needed fast.
They have beautiful apartments and staff here is very helpful to make your move & stay smooth!
We love this apartment! It is quiet and we have had no problem with neighbors. Everyone follows the rules and respects the privacy of others in the complex. We enjoy the amenities and beautiful apartment that make us feel like we are home!
I love living here and is one of the best decisions of my life! The employees are very nice and helpful. They are almost honest and have good customer service. There is trash people that pick up your trash from your apartment, no more ever touching trash ever again. There is an oversized spa and pool. There is tons of outdoor activities. This place is so awesome. All my friends and family want to visit me all the time.
Seasons is a great place to live! The office was great helping us get moved in, informative and great at returning emails and phone calls. Maintenance is fast, online rent payment is easy to use and set up. The community amenities are well-maintained and gorgeous. The apartments themselves are beautiful. We have a top floor unit with vaulted ceilings and a lakeview... just beautiful. The apartments are a great distance from the freeway and public transit stations--close enough that it's easy to get to, but far enough away that you don't have to deal with much noise pollution from the busy streets.
We have lived here for a little less than a year and absolutely love it ! The view is gorgeous and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The apartments are all kept in great conditions and there’s a little but very nice hike in the back.
This place is great! I’ve read some of the reviews and they said they didn’t like it, but we tried it out anyway. I’m glad I did. It’s a starter home for us as newlyweds and I absolutely love it.
I love the complex and the location, it feels like i'm 15/20 min away from all big cities like provo, orem, south jordan and sandy, and that works really good for me! there's a lot of food, shopping, and supermarkets near so that's a plus. i only had problems with maintenance being a little late, maybe 1 or 2 days later than scheduled but other than that, everything is pretty great. just be prepared that this place is really really windy.
We have been here about a month and have loved it. The amenities are great and it’s pet friendly. There is strong winds each evening due to the location but it hasn’t been that big of an issue. Overall, the staff are nice and answer my questions. I would recommend living here.
Great views! Especially love the views of the mountains. Nice walking trails. Moved here from Arkansas and the low humidity is great, too. ?? Nice, friendly staff and the apartments are very nice.
I recently relocated to Utah due to my job. I was hesitant on even viewing this place due to all the negative reviews but am glad that I did. I could not be happier with my choice in living at Seasons. The Apts are very quiet and I have yet to hear my neighbors. I’m near the pool and can only hear people talking or kids screaming if I have my windows open. It does get a little dusty due to all the construction that’s going on around the Apts but other than that I have no complaints! There are multiple playgrounds for my son, close to his new school, restaurants, and shopping. We love it here!
Helpful, and attentive staff! Love that it's pet friendly.
Our family has enjoyed our time at the Seasons so far. Pros: pet friendly, staff is kind and responsive, amenities (pool, clubhouse, playgrounds, etc.) Cons: feels like I'm the only one making an effort to clean up after my dog, the noisy A/C unit, wind (not looking forward to winter)
We have been here for 2 months and just love it. The location is perfect! The facilities and the apartments are beautiful. The staff is very helpful and responsive. We may never leave!!!
Water damage in entry. Terrible as snow removal. Experts at nickel and diming you. Unfair lease and penalties. Really hard to work with. Maintenance isn’t very good. Paint is cheap. Walls are thin. This place was supposed to very nice based on location and price. It wasn’t. Look elsewhere. For the price there is a lot better out there.
Our favorite feature is the Clubhouse, swimming, gym and theatre room to relax and watch with the kids.
We moved here in March and it’s been nigt and day difference from the last place we lived. Perfect location for us for my job as well as dining and shopping. It is windy and at times you can hear your neighbors but overall very happy with our apartment.
The apartments are very peaceful and beautiful, I really enjoy living there
Lots of hidden fees and the property manager (Nancy) is horrible! extremely disappointed My shower drain has been clogged for days and despite putting in a maintenance request there has been no progress or updates. My washer has been leaking water for 3 days- I had to manually shut off the water. My vents in the bathrooms leak water every time it rains or snows Today as I walked outside I saw that a small dog had crapped right outside my door, so now it will sit out there to freeze. There is constantly poop on the sidewalks which is disgusting, there are lots of dogs barking in building G and some dogs are not on leashes outside. It is unsanitary and unsafe. My garage has not opened on multiple occasions to the point where I had to hire a garage door fixer and pay him to create a second garage door opener for me a few months ago since the work order took multiple days to be completed. The stairways desperately need to be powerwashed as they are heavily stained by trash, and trash is constantly blowing around in the stairwells because it is too windy for it to stay outside of doors. The storm conditions of the parking lot and stairwells are unacceptable. I have also had my disposal break and shoot 3 feet in the air. The mail areas are constantly filled with trash and spam mail. I have also now had a total of 6 packages go missing. Also the apartments are very loud. I can literally hear the people on the other side of my bedroom wall having a conversation in their bed at night! I can also hear the neighbors on the other side. I also did not receive the color kitchen I was promised. I was supposed to have dark cabinets with white counters and instead I have white cabinets with black counters. The white cabinets get filthy and when I moved in the bathroom doors had been colored on by a child in blue pen and I had to call maintenance to paint them. I have also asked for the water heater to be turned down- my water has actually burned people before and steams within seconds as it is scalding hot and this was not taken care of. There have been other problems as well with my roommate situation and nothing was done to help. I had to turn to the police because management sat on their hands. (Aside from Brooklyn who is always pleasant to work with and helpful)
We’ve lived in these apartments for almost a year and will definitely move elsewhere once our contract’s up! It is super noisy here and even though the apartments are nice and pretty the quality is definitely not the best. Tere are a few nice staff members but some of them, especially the property manager Nancy, are pretty mean at people. Hey if you have a bad day at work, you don’t need to lash on residents, ok? It’s annoying to hear everything from the apartments above and also watching out for not being annoyingly noisy to the people below..
I really love living at Seasons! The office staff is very accommodating and they really care about your needs, they treat you very well. The complex grounds are always clean and tidy. The apartments themselves are current, fresh and new, and in a beautiful, safe location with amazing views. I love the community, location, atmosphere, and environment!
Apartments here are Beautiful, Modern and Peaceful. I love the club house and the Theatre/ Media Room. I know it's little expensive here but it's worth it.
Apartments here are Beautiful, Modern, Luxurious and Peaceful. I have never used the pool facilities but I love the club house and the Theatre/ Media Room. I know it's little expensive here but it's totally worth it.
Me and my wife enjoy it here. We have been here for about a month so far and we can't find anything really to complain about. The location is good. The apartments are very nice inside. There is a nice dog park we enjoy using as well. If there is one thing we would change it would be the wifi provider they have chosen other then that this place rocks.
Living at the Seasons is great. We appreciate how new and well-kept they are. Management is always available to help and they are very nice. The community in Traverse Mountain is great- we live so close to many shopping and restaurant areas. We especially love the valet trash service.
My family and I have loved living at Seasons! The apartments are updated and clean, the clubhouse and grounds are clean and well kept, and management is easy to work with. At Seasons you also get amazing views right from your apartment. The location is great because you have so many shopping and dinning options right next to you as well as a grocery store so everything is seriously in arm's length so your traveling is light. Overall we have had a great experience and we enjoy living here!
Seasons at Traverse has been a great place to live. I have only been here a month and had a minor issue with heat moving in. The office was super helpful and got it resolved the same day I called. The only other issue I have had has been with the internet. It took over a week to get set up initially and since then has not been great. Is not consistent connection and is super slow with more than one device. Also inconvenient that we have no option to get a different internet provider if we wanted to because it has been so bad. The pet fee is extremely pricy the most I’ve ever paid in a lease. Overall I have had a positive experience living here so far.
My wife and I have been living here for nearly two months now. The apartment is a very high quality and the view we have is amazing. We love the kitchen and the finish of the counter tops and hardwood floors. The office staff are very friendly and have answered any questions we've had in a timely manner. We have the garage which is great for storage and a car and don't have to worry about the cable as its included in the price. Also access to the gym has been brilliant for when i don't want to drive to Saratoga and my wife loves playing pool in the club house. I would recommend Seasons to other people and we are looking forward to a long stay here.
I've had a great experience living here. The staff have been very friendly and much more helpful compared to some other places I have stayed at. The interiors are really nice.
It's a great community, it's quiet, friendly, and beautiful.
Great complex and great neighbors. Parking isn’t a problem and the views are spectacular
5 stars for apartments itself. Good apartments with nice view. 1 star for office administrators. I have asked them to make a new set of keys they told me that they will be ready by tomorrow. I came the next day to pick them up but no one even knew what I was talking about. They are not very helpful when you need them.
Been here about a month and so far so good. Nice apartments with good amenities and a very friendly office staff. We’ve had a maintenance request out for a few weeks without resolution. Overall a nice place to live
I've been living here for about a year and I love it! The apartments are beautiful with great appliances. Amenities are great and the door side trash valet pick up makes everything just a little bit easier. There are more Parking lots & garages. The office staff is always positive and ready to help and handle anything. The maintenance staff are very helpful and any problem is fixed very quickly. The apartment plan is really nice & I recommend it!
