Not A Family Place
As usual for somewhere that’s not managed well, appliances take a long time to be fixed, tenants are rude and you are your own cleanup. The carpets weren’t cleaned, I had to pay to do that and didn’t get reimbursed as told so. Boxers and garbage were left outside from when appliances were finally repaired and were blamed for them and told to clean them up. It’s unfortunate and would definitely not recommend, maybe easier for someone who is single and a minimalist. Also they changed managers three times within 7 months, red flag to me.
