I moved in recently and my experience with the leasing office staff, especially Jessica, has been excellent! She kept in touch with me throughout the whole process, and helped my move go much smoother as a result. The maintenance crew, although I've only needed their services sparingly, has been a breath of fresh air, compared to what I previously experienced. I made a smart move and am enjoying my new surroundings! Thank you Jessica and staff!!
I moved in 2023 and couldn't be happier. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It across from Dune Lakes Elementary where my child goes to school, which is super convenient. Clean, great amenities and beautiful pool!
Been here since October 2022. Common areas and hallways are filthy and there has been no attempt to correct problem after multiple complaints. Security gates are a joke as all are wide open 24/7. If you're considering this property make sure to check out elevators, hallways and common spaces as all have been neglected. They will show you the clubhouse, pool and model unit as all of those are great. But the garbage and filth and dumpster area is disgusting. Good luck!
The billing system is horrible. When the property overcharges you they had me forge my roommates signature to get the credit back to the account. They will never tell you if it is corrected or not because they don’t know themselves.
stay far far away I have been her for 2 1/2 year gates has not work.you hear very. trash people come when they want to. but they will get on to you about leaving your trash cans out. in the summer parking is a joke.they have 4 people in the office.But they only have 3 people on maintenance to fix and clean. dog hair in the hallway stain in the hall.do not let this office manage fool you. stay way. to much money for rent.and you are treated like crab
Advertised gated community- however of the 2 years we lived there the gate probably only worked for 2 weeks…. Numerous entries to fix AC vent problems, mold problems… who knows what we were breathing, the dog park is a joke, has fleas and little dogs can fit through fence and escape. Let’s not forget about the pool that was broken for 2 months.. they couldn’t find the part to fix, they even called Spain. My husband called Nashville and found the part in 30 minutes. Oh!! And the clubhouse got struck by lightning, so no access unless office hours. If you could give a negative star I would. Also they are on their 3rd management company, they are building so many apartments in the area, stay away

We have been through it and living in mold infestation. All while being lied to by maintenance, restoration company and corporate regarding the illness of my 7 year old, 10 year old, myself, and mini golden doodle have experienced: we are out thousands of dollars in furniture that is unsalvageable due to high levels mold. We have had the unit 3rd party test it with results returning that the unit is 9 times the livable amount of mold. Making the property ‘uninhabitable”. The most disheartening and unfathomable is how it is being dealt with and how we’re being treated. BEWARE even considering Arium as a place to reside. It may cost you more than you expect to pay! Health and financially.

It's a beautiful place, with much to offer. Friendly neighbors, great parks, elementary school all within a short walk. Super easy move-in. Love having an elevator.
The staff is so friendly, and always available with my millions of questions I have! My apartment is beautiful, and could not be beat by another complex in the area. I would highly recommend to anyone.
