Property Ratings at Sebring Court
You WILL be charged random fees. Management is very poor. Keep evidence of EVERYTHING!!
Things went very smoothly today thanks to Dawn my leasing consultant. She was easy to talk to, friendly, and informative. Dawn assured me that Sebring was the right choice, she spoke very highly of the amenities they had to offer and that gave me peace of mind.
I’ve been living here for about 3 years. The one time I had an issue they took care of immediately. It’s quiet, maintenance is A1, & the staff is friendly. I love it here!
Greetings! I am giving 5 stars to this review for the following reasons: As a renter, I realized that in apartment renting that relationship building with management and staff is crucial. I have needed maintenance and was satisfied with the outcome. Some patience is needed when we as tenants have needs, as there are processes and protocol that has to be followed and sometimes it is not within our time frame. Going from a homeowner to a renter can be difficult; however, being a proactive tenant has been of great benefit to me as a renter. Being engaged with staff has proven to be very helpful and they are like family and I wouldn't trade them anyone else. Connie, Wendy, Carol, office staff and maintenance, I appreciate you dearly. P.S. Maintenance gets fed homemade desserts when they come to make repairs, LOL....I appreciate them, thank them and let them know that they are appreciated and that goes a long way!! I do not have any issues that have not bee resolved!!!! With Much LOVE, Your Tenant Tasha
While apartment hunting on the west side as I am looking to relocate back to the area I decided to go back to what I knew, and I am glad I did! Wendy and Connie did an absolutely tremendous job and make me wonder why I ever left the property 5 years ago!! Great job ladies ! I will be back! They truly know their stuff and the area!!
I have been here for almost 8 months and its one of the most useless apartment complex I have ever seen. The maintenance team is nothing to write home about and the management team consists of staffs that are very rude
It would be better there were not any drug users in the section of my apartment. Sometimes you can smell the marajuana smell in the hallway and sometimes even the smell sneaks under my door and into my living room. I've contacted my apartment once by phone and twice on Facebook.each time ever I was told something would be done but it never was. Maybe that's not a serious concern in Indiana or to the front office but this isn't colorado. Heck I would even be happy if maintenance reapplied the door seal so I wouldn't have to buy overpowering air fresher to cover the smell. I'm not sure if I want to stay here another year in 2019 . But we will see.
We lived here for 3 years. The good; washer, dryer, sewer and water was included in the rent. In my experience, maintenance always responded within 24 hours. Price was affordable. One room faced the hall entrance, which means you don't share a wall with a neighbor. The bad; my place was robbed by tenants who lived Sebring. The walls are kind of thin. I can clearly hear folks in my other bedroom.
Loved here for awhile and I loved it. Complex was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Give this place 100% they know what their doing. Big plus to the managers of this place too! Always taking care of their tenants. Last thing, this place is so safe and I love how they have the lights everywhere at night, HUGE plus!
I loved living here! My husband and my son along with myself being the ones in the apartment it was so good. No bad things happened like the other reviews, neighbors are friendly and I loved the management. When things needed to be fixed, which was only once, they got on it right away and never needed to be fixed again. I would reccomend living here and I would live here again! Also, the pool was so awesome!!
Apartments themselves are nice but the management is terrible.
I have never been at a place where the maintenance and office personal didn't do there jobs like they supposed to do. They are a bunch of lazy people. The maintenance people don't respond to your problems in your apartment in a timely matter. I went without heat one time, and now when it rains it leaks into my apartment and they still have not came out to fix the issue. When my lease is up in March I will be moving from here and would not recommend this place to no one. I should have been moved when I told them I drug dealer was staying in my building and they did nothing!
Car theft. Burglaries. Drugs. Weirdos. Not a safe community for the price you pay. Smells marijuana in passage. Clothes from Laundry room gets stolen.
Great peaceful community. Nice apartments. Pet friendly
