Property Ratings at Sedgefield
it s safe neighbor, close to the heart of the city. clean, green and calm. nice people around
We moved into this apartment around April of 2014 and I must say that they are pretty decent. It isn't the most lavish lifestyle living but it's ok. Very close to the light rail and uptown so if you're looking to save on gas and parking this would be ideal. The apartment itself is very small about 800ft but it's cozy. Utilities aren't that expensive because it's so small . In all this is pretty decent living.
It's an older style duplex that is a decent spot for college guys or for a young family. Considering all of the additions coming into the SouthEnd area, the price is very nice. But remember, you always get what you pay for. Insulation isn't the best, so Air and Heat bills can get big, but everything is within walking distance (including the Light Rail). Grocery stores, home improvements, restaurants, dog parks, and a great neighborhood are what awaits you here.
Marsh Properties- Sedgefield is nestled in the very exciting Charlotte South End Area. New and pricey apartments have sprung all over South End because everyone wants a piece of the action. However, Marsh Properties have been around since the 1950s. Don't worry though the appliances are up to date! The rent with Marsh Properties- Sedgefield is basically a steal compared to princes around the area. You get a lot more space for your money. We are only 5-10 minutes away from uptown and are easily accessible to the interstate or the lightrail is practically across the street. I've only had to contact management twice, but when I do they respond quickly to any requests/questions I have made. The thing I love the most about Marsh Properties- Sedgefield is it has a neighborhood as opposed to a complex. Trees line the streets and during the spring you'll find people taking leisurely strolls. I have lived here for two years and could not be any happier.
