Property Ratings at Sedgefield Square
I've been here for almost three yrs and had bad staff that wasn't helpful and had bad attitudes in the past whenever I needed assistance. But with the new staff thats in the office (Desiree and Angie), they have been very kind and are very helpful. They have made it more pleasant living here and having confidence that if I have a problem I can come to the staff for assistance and not have bad attitude in return. Moving forward I believe it's getting more better and better living here.
Nowadays I do not recommend them, They do not have enough staff to take care of the basic needs that the inhabitants require, they do not provide any security, there are aggressive dogs one of them attacked my dog and in the office they had no knowledge of the Existence of that aggressive dog, A few dog owners take their pets off the leash and there are dog poop everywhere, I had not seen the apts so neglected and I have been here for 7 years, today they are very bad, the garbage area is so disgusting and unhygienic and can bring plagues of rats and etc therefore diseases, Their excuse is: we just changed owners and etcs, for 5 months now they have not come to my apartment for pest control but They charge me $ 5 for pest control. And $ 3: 75 for office expenses but they don't even call you back, whatever hr they don't answer, but that's if they charge you without fail.
My colleagues and I had an opportunity to visit and view Sedgefield Square Apartments. The staff was very kind and they were very informative. The Property and landscaping was very well kept!
Office staff is friendly and made the move in process surprisingly quick and easy. Grounds are always kept and look in top shape. Highly recommend
Just recently moved in and I have no issues with my apartment or office staff. Office staff are always on top of things and the application process was painless and quick, within 24hrs. Reasonable price for the apartment. No regrets!
Elijah is the one that approved of me and it was a very easy and simple process. He helped and on the phone to understand exactly what was due. I love the apartments and would definitely extend my stay here again.

Rent is too high for the living conditions. The apartments are small and you can hear your neighbors every single move even when they use the restroom.Water not included anymore Not kid friendly. No playground. Rent prices are raised EVERY single year. Across the street are city housing projects and gunshots are heard all the time. Two people have been killed on the property in the past 3 years! The community is not safe. Do your research before signing a rental agreement with this property.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have lived here going on two years now and so far I have no complaints. My maintenance requests get done at a timely manner and maintenance never leaves my apartment looking a mess after they have completed their task, which is a plus for me being that I am a neat freak. I normally don't leave reviews but after consistently having a great experience with this apartment complex/management for almost two years, I had to leave one. I still have my fingers crossed that this experience will last for a long time (knock on wood lol )
