Property Ratings at Sedgwick Pines
Moved in quickly and they were able to accommodate. The unit is super clean and well taken care of. Office and maintenance have been amazing! The layout of the 4 bedroom townhouse is perfect. We even have a fenced in backyard! They rent washers and dryers, delivered and installed for us. There are several playgrounds for the kids and close to groceries and gas.
This is an amazing apartment in Sedgewick Pines, The apartments feel like town homes because they have garages. We choose second floor/ 2 bedroom apartment and we have a garage entry, front door entry and a little mud room before walking up the stairs. It couldn't be more perfect!! My husband is in the military and it fairly close to the base for him. Not to mention this apartment complex in located right next to a Rite-aid, Dunkin Donuts, Mcdonalds, and Nice and Easy gas station all in walking distance! Also the landlords are extremely nice! This place in all around amazing.
