Ogden is a neighborhood located about seven miles northeast of Downtown Vancouver. Similar to other Washington neighborhoods, Ogden is wooded with several parks and tree-lined streets. The Royal Oaks Country Club in the northern corner of the neighborhood provides a beautiful backdrop to several homes while Meadowbrook Marsh Park is great for jogging and bike riding. Ogden feels suburban with multiple schools, childcare centers, and easy access to a variety of amenities. Residents enjoy being within walking distance or a short drive of suburban staples like chain restaurants, grocers, and big-box department stores. The Vancouver Mall is also less than two miles away from Ogden as well. Ogden has mid-range to upscale rentals available, making it a great option for commuters who want a quieter experience but still want to be convenient to downtown.

Property Ratings at Sedona at Bridgecreek
Sedona at Bridgecreek is a lovely place to live because the staff that manage the community make it a great place to live!
Management and Maint. staff are the BEST. Very approachable and listen to needs. Nice community. Kenny B.
Sedona is a wonderful place to live! The staff is super friendly and they do all they can to help.
I would never rent here or from greystar again. They don’t care about their tenants or their health. Cars are stolen often but they are more concerned about putting lipstick on a pig and building fences right against patios that provide no safety and block light coming into the apartment.
Lalonie was very helpful and informative when we stopped by. She answered all of our questions. She was friendly and did a great job!!
Amazing community with even better management 10/10
As first month tenants, we’re both very happy with the service that the Manager, LaLonie and entire maintenance stuff, like Casey, have provided. All our questions and service needs are quickly addressed and they’re always very friendly. I like the neighborhood as well. See cats hanging out in windows. Well behaved dogs are walked on leashes. Our neighbor below us offered to help us move in and gave us some water and oranges. All in all a pretty nice place. Parking could be difficult for some, but I haven’t personally had that problem.
Service was great in the first 5 years l lived here. But since the change of the management office everything is down . They never respond or contact back . Every time I have to walk to the office to remind them about the service. They always say we will contact you & never happened .
One of the best apartments we lived at. The new management and maintenance is awesome.. great people..
Its been a nice place to live
It's quiet and beautiful here, we love it.
Great community, atmosphere, and love my apartment.
yes
all the staff was great, the location was perfect, loved the trail behind and it felt like Home.
I love this community. The staff and maintenance are great, very quick to respond with great service. Couldn't ask for more.
There's great staff and maintenance here. Couldn't ask for more.
Like the area is nice and close to stores and the walking trails.
They are always on time and get the problem solved.
Friendly and kind staff who always are ready to assist through emails, phone calls, etc
Parking is kinda crazy, so I feel like having company over is kind of a hassle.
I would recommend this community because it is peaceful, friendly, and not priced “too” high (I think all rent in Vancouver is too high though). The staff is very friendly, my requests have always been handled in a timely manner, and my dogs aren't on restricted list here, which is why I moved here in the first place. The only complaint I have is that there are always homeless people searching through the garbages/recycling. I don't know if there is anything the office can really do about that though, since it's more so where the neighborhood is located.
The community is good but the lower apartment hears every footfall and noise from the second story apartment.
Our neighbors behind the complex are a bit sketchy and I've heard gunshots one two occasions as well as shopping carts and scrap piles up outside. BUT within the complex everything is great, our trash/recycling are close as well as our mailbox. Parking has never been an issue and our complex neighbors are very nice and copacetic.
Good community and great staff at Sedona. Apartments are nice!
I would recommend this community as the "team" is very efficient and helpful, the complex is well taken care of and it is convenient to shopping.
It’s expensive for what’s aroundmaintaine is subpar and not even a thing but the office people make up for a lot and are helpful when you can get ahold of them
It was a great apartment to rent sight unseen. The community was quiet and safe.
I have always had an amazing experience with staff at this complex. very prompt and kind.
This has by far been my best experience with an apartment search. They clearly work on personnel as one of their main focuses, Susan is incredible!
Love this apartment but disappointed when a vendor comes to do cleaning, painting outsides, or fireplace maintenance it never gets done or rescheduled. I do appreciate the upcoming assigned parking.
While parking might be a hassle sometimes, the apartment layout is great and logical. Lots of storage. Walls are thin, but its an apartment you are going to hear your neighbors a little bit.
Yes because it's very quite and everyone there is very helpful
It's a standard nice apartment, but it is very difficult to sleep due to noise. I would never recommend anyone has a downstairs apartment here as you can hear every step that even a small dog makes, both inside and especially on the exterior stairs.
Wonderful office staff, prompt management response, generally quiet neighborhood, beautiful and spacious apartments.
I really like the apartment but there seem to be a lack of space for storage closet space other than that place was great
I has been a pretty quiet place to live for our first rental experience.
The lady giving me the tour was the sweetest woman in the world. She related with me about my dog. There was some people being evicted and they had to call the cops on them in the middle of my tour. She was so apologetic and embarrassed, but handled it so well to the point where i didnt even care. Made looking for my first apartment a wonderful experience!! She even said hello to tenants like she was their best friend. It seems like a great community and i will be applying!
Friendly and helpful staff that work with you and for you to make sure that you have all question answered feel at home and a speedy acurate promise. I felt instantly comfortable. From the time I was interested in the apartment and viewed it they were able to get me moved in a few days. They helped me with the barriers I face to rent and they were very communitive. I felt wanted and supported. The apartment unit it’s self was clean and cute with a washer and dryer and dishwasher 2 bed rooms and 2 baths for a very reasonable price. Beautiful and convient location nestled in the trees they are dog friendly with lot of paths to walk your furry friend. They do not discriminate and if there’s a barrier getting in the way of renting they personally go out of there way to help you and work with you so that you are able to over come it to move in.
Everything is great here. It is so quiet. The only negative ia the parking situation at night.
It's a comfortable area, but people do prowl into cars and rent is kinda expensive
I would suggest the apartments closest to the park entrance and wetlands. It's quiet, beautiful, with wildlife, and doesn't feel like an appartment.
Because this community allows pets of many breeds also the community is quite and freindly
Seems like a nice place so far. Expensive compared to similar places in this area, and the non-metered utilities situation really sucks for people without kids/additional roomies.
The management team is very professional and for the amount of tenants they have, they remembered who I was and what apartment I?m in without having to ask me. I think how personable the team is makes them stand out above other management teams I?ve dealt with before.
Every thing was wonderful. I would have loved to call Sadona my new home if the rent was within my budget.
maintenance is always very responsive, dog friendly and beautiful mature trees and plenty of grass make it a great place to live.
The staff was open, friendly, informative, and worked with me through each step of the process. They are professional and communicative and made moving in a seamless transition. The apartment was clearly deep cleaned before my move in, and exceeded my expectations. I have been extremely impressed with how everything has worked out.
Unfortunately there was no availability at this time. Sonaomi was very friendly and helpful! She checked availability at the sister companies while we were there. It's a beautiful facility, has everything!!
The apartment complex looked very well kept and landscaped. The lady in the leasing office provided me with the info I needed. I am very excited to hopefully be a future resident here.
I would recommend because of the office staff I also really like the fact that there is a quiet time it's nice not to hear loud party's at night
