Hi, thank you so much for your high rating! Please don't hesitate to reach out if there's anything additional we can do for you.
They change employees more than the average person changes underwear!!!! The maintenance is terrible they do quick fixes rather than fixing so the problem will never occur again. I had a hole in my ceiling for a month also my door locks were messed up for about a month. When they say call the emergency line for maintenance request it’s a joke. They don’t even have enough maintenance to support the whole property and they just acquired the property next door. But off more than they can chew for sure!!! I wish I could find a way to contact corporate at this point!!!

Horrible experience! To get a maintenance service you have to submit it online then you should visit the office several times then after 3 to 4 weeks you may or you may Not get the service you need !!! I would NOT recommend this complex to anyone.

One issue after another with this apartment complex from day one. Lock was incorrect for the key on move in day, unit had a horrible marijuana/cigarette smoke smell (non-smoking unit/building), floor is not level in the unit, leasing office does not pick up the phone after multiple call attempts. Over 4th of July weekend, a leak, which was most likely present for some time prior, became apparent to me in my laundry room. I informed the leasing office of the leak, and was met with a lackluster response. 3 weeks later, the issue is still not taken care of. Maintenance team and leasing office have "fixed" the issue twice now. Once doing absolutely nothing (and calling it fixed), the second time merely wrapping the source of the water in flashing tape. water continues to drip from the ceiling into a bucket and towels I have placed down. Do not move here.

If you would be willing, we would like to have you contact our manager at (972) 430-6269 to discuss ways we can better serve you in the future.
I had a friend who lived here, and her only negative comment was that they will take forever or cancel work orders. This is true, but since it’s cheap I didn’t mind. The people in the office were awful, and I felt like I was being told something different about my renting info every time I went into the office. There is so much crime here though. We’ve had issues with people stealing packages, breaking into cars, a flasher, and people shooting at each other. The most recent one involved swat. There are so many other issues you can find on other reviews but you should find another place to live because frankly it’s not safe.

They have roaches, the apartment was not clean upon arrival, never answered phone calls, manager laughs at your problems, front desk never puts in your maintenance orders, and they never notify you when they come into your apartment. Please save tour money, time, and sanity. Do your research.

Roaches! Poor customer service, poor maintenance - your work orders will get completed two months after opening. Don’t move here, save your money.
DO NOT RENT HERE! Its filthy!!!!!the management is rude and very unhelpful.I have had a broken dish washer for a month and they tell me its not fixable.....so its my problem???.I called them to clean my carpet and they clearly don't care. If you don't have time to waste with stupidity.Move along and get yourself a peaceful place to stay.
I love this property complex. I have lived here for almost 10 years and have no plans of moving anytime soon. The management and office staff are so nice and professional and welcoming. The grounds are kept up and the maintenance staff are quick to respond to work orders. I would recommend living here.

I've have to replace more items than I wanted to do to the negligence I have experienced in these apartments . I've had a flood that destroyed everything in my apartment to now a leaking sink from faucet and pipes destroyed my curling irons, straighteners, hot combs and tissue. they never once offer to cover the expenses that i had to pay out of pocket to replace. I have over 11 request submitted alone for the ac/heater unit this is before the actually replaced the whole thing on the 11th request. instead of the front office apologizing for the inconvenience they choice to give me attitude which lead to me being released from the lease early. I don't care what anyone says at no time is the Heating unit suppose to blow out smoke when turned on. the fact the front office stated this is normal shows the idiocy of these apartment complex management and staff
We are leaving due to moving to another city, but our time at Sedona Park has been such a positive experience. The staff in the office we have encountered since day 1 have always been professional, kind and polite. As well, the maintenance at this facility has done such a great job each time they have had to come to our apartment and they’ve has tended to each issue we have had on a timely matter. We have had no issues while living at Sedona Park (and to the previous comment mentioning planes, I mean, it’s not as if the airport was kept a secret when signing the contract to live here.)
Garage complex. Zero stars. I’ve worked and lived in a lot of complexes and this is the worst. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They charge an obscene amount of money for the crappiest apartments ever. I have asthma now due to mold, not dog friendly, fires, pest problems, loud planes, bad staff and residents, trash everywhere.
Great customer service and make sure to answer all your questions.
The management of the apartments are terrible, rude and unprofessional. I am trying to contact the headquarters as soon as possible
Nice place to live. Not that much to do in Irving, but the apartment is nice!
If I could move out now I would. First I'll cover the aesthetics anyone could see with a walk through. The paint jobs are all visually cheap, it looks like someone's younger step brother just came through with a paint brush to make a quick $20. It's poorly done. The baseboards, windowsills, and cabinets look the worst. The walls are also poor quality paint jobs, several areas of my wall had thick drips of paint and spots of the wall that look like they were scrubbed. Speaking of the cabinets, they also look very cheap. They seem like they were put together by a high school student doing his first woodshop project. The wood is unsanded, unfinished, and probably not primed. Definitely not sealed. The doors for cabinets are crooked and don't close correctly. The cabinet space is also extremely small. I don't have enough room for a full set of plates, bowls, and glasses. Even if I did the cabinets are too narrow to accommodate a full sized dinner plate, so my plates sit on top of the fridge. The ceilings are also popcorn ceilings for some god forsaken reason, adding to the cheap look the cabinetry and paint job provides. The kitchen is tiny overall, my widest countertop is barely wider than a foot. The fireplace in the living room also isn't centered on the wall or between the two windows which drives me nuts. Now I'll cover items you probably won't see it a walk through or may not think about. The stair cases to get to the higher floors are incased in columns making it more or less a spiral staircase which makes moving furniture up a nightmare. The washing machines won't accept any of my three debit/credit cards so I can't do laundry on site. When I asked management about this they just said "I don't know" that's it, just I don't know the end. So I have to do all my laundry offsite. There is never hot water in the mornings so I take a room temperature shower every morning because that's as hot as it gets. The sidewalks are buried in dirt in many places which isn't a big deal but it shows the maintenance staff's lack of care. I also had a roach in my first week of living here. The last miscellaneous things are the lack of ceiling fan in the living room is a huge bummer and living this close to the airport the planes can be deafening at any hour, to the point it drowns out my TV. There's nothing interesting nearby, in fact the surrounding area is pretty rough. All in all, I would suggest looking elsewhere especially at the price.
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! I moved in 8/11/17. my initial apartment was a 3rd floor that was literally on a slant- #368 i had told them prior to leasing that i was pregnant and taking a 3rd floor was already risky since they refused to work with e on transferring to 1st floor as soon as one came available. so i took the 3rd floor unit. once i walked the apartment i saw that it was in fact on a obvious slant--- like if you rolled a ball in would roll from one end to the other. if you had a table in the dining room your food would fall off the table. so i just couldn't believe that they would even offer me this after knowing that it was int hat condition initially when it was officially done being turned 8/1/17. i went to office to discuss this and they did not argue but came up with a solution 1 1/2 later to put me and my r/m stuff in a 1x1 apt. mind you my movers here already there as i was supposed to take possession of the slated apartment that day. So i ended up paying for an additional 1 1/2 in movers. i was told that i had to get the electricity transferred to the 1x1 then transfer it again once the other apt was ready which was week later. i was frustrated that i had to do all the changes do to their lack of communication, but i didn't argue. the whole time in that apartment i didn't have function sink or shower for the bathroom. But once again i left it alone. Then when i move into the new 2x2 i find that it is literally roach infested! like all roach types and still is to this day! they made me wait again another 1 hour until i could even get the keys to look at the apt b/c they made me get electricity, and renters insurance transferred before which was not communicated to me prior as well as additional fees for God know what and once again i was stuck paying for movers plus and additional 1hr. In turn all they have done is harass me about having my dogs on the patio while i had to bomb my apartment for the infestation that they can do nothing about and charged me for the week in the 1x1 for an entire carpet replacement which was totally unnecessary. They offered a $200 credit for the hassle..... the least they could have done was pay for the movers the 2nd time around and comp the electricity during that week in the 1x1... they have made this experience a ordeal to say the least! did i mention that I'm 5 month pregnant and this is how they show that they care?! Absolutely no communication has been had with me outside trying to get money from me.
I've been living in this apartment for more than a year now and still Staying here until my lease is up. I like my apartment and neighbors are friendly but absolutely hate the management here. The manager in the office is very rude, maintenance is never on time, literally have to go ask for pest control everyweek and finally they will send once every 2 or 3 week. Management need to be changed
The apartment itself is great, very spacious for 2 bedrooms(900ft), the new retouched and upgrades are well done. The amenities are amazing, super clean, and it's very easily accessible for my friends to find a spot to park and come visit. The location is great, extremely close to restaurants, entertainment, and the freeway for those who have to commute :) My first time located in Irving and I've found it fantastic at Sedona Park. Nora and her co-wokers are knwledgable. They were quick to answer any questions and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and getting exactly what I was looking for. Without a doubt, I knew this was the kind of property that I wanted to call home where i want to come back everyday ;p What are you waiting for!!! I am not joking I'd highly recommend this place to friends and family.
I see many people complaining about the price going up. The new company is making major renovations to every unit and the commons area. Of course the price is going to go up! As soon as tenants move out, they are renovating the units. For the updated units, the price is fantastic! Brand new carpet, new appliances, new paint. Dog friendly however I do wish they had waste baskets and bags so that owners can pick up after their pets. The staff has always been nice to me. I also am never rude and demanding of people so that seems to be common for my interactions. Parking can be a hassle if you don't have an assigned spot. It got to the point where I caved in and purchased two right in front of my building. I can't wait for the new pool to open! So far, I love it here!!!
We really don't like it here. PROS: Location is nice. Kind of nice staff. cool looking porch and good size AWESOME floors..at least in our apartment. Fake wood, but very cool. air conditioner has never broken. outside closet, but can't lock. Nice wide blinds. The staff is making an effort to improve this place, but slowly which I guess is to be expected. CONS: They need more maintenance people to help out the current ones. Sometime not proactive when it comes to getting things fixed. THE APARTMENT LEASING OFFICE DOES NOT REFLECT THE STATE OF THE APARTMENTS. That office is brand new..BRAND NEW..and looks and feels a million times nicer than these apartments. Mildew on the walls. Water leaks..3 so far Painters lack any skill These apartments just aren't taken care of and that's mostly the fault of the owners before these current ones. Unprofessional staff. The grounds are muddy after rain. I know, duh, but the paths are always covered in dirt and you get muddy. Doesn't seem like a biggie until you're walking through it. We have bugs. ROACHES. And have since we moved in. They've sprayed 4 times now. In their defense they just got a new bug guy and he sprayed today so we shall see. Anyways, we're not happy here. I would not recommend this place. It's cheap and looks nice from the outside and maybe all the other apartments are better than ours, but I doubt it.
The previous management was much better then the current group called as Sedona park. Sense the new management took over in jan 2015,they have started construction work and painting all around the complex. No services provided for resistances. They have raised the rent by more then a $100 with no service provided.the complex is not clean, ugly plainting and balcony fences and annoying contructions noise all over.these apartments are not worth for the amount of rent they have raised resently.
