Property Ratings at Sedona Pointe Apartments
Absolutely awful. They are constantly shutting water off due to “leaks”, I lived here for two years and went multiple different occasions of being without water for over a week at a time(water is included in rent btw.) Management and the employees do not care, they get to go home to their apartments with water but we get no water and dirty water at that. I could right a very very long review about how terrible my time here was, management sucks big time and will take all of your money. I went weeks without water and was never compensated or apologized to.
Always issues with them turning on the AC Last summer and now this summer it’s still broken. Roaches and thin walls and way overpriced

We moved here and were very excited about these units at first especially for the price with utilities included. However, since the day we moved in we have been finding little problems with the apartment and after a drug bust happened in the building and they cleaned out that apartment roaches have been sent into ours. They have sent truly and a maintenance man to seal the baseboards but we still find them occasionally. When we told the leasing office they acted like we were the only ones having these issues and asked if we "had a banana peel in our couch?" I informed them that we keep a decently clean apartment. We consistently take trash out, clean our garbage disposal, etc. After talking to neighbors we discovered that the leasing office makes everyone feel as though they are the only ones experiencing a problem even if multiple people are. Also, drug free community?? HA HA! As I mentioned above a neighbor in my building got arrested and there was a drug bust in his apartment. New people have moved in and we can tell the same stuff is going on. They advertise as a gated community but the gate is broken half the time often by other residence. Regardless of security patrol we have random individuals digging in our dumpsters at all hours of the night. I will admit not everything is horrible here but the bad definitely outweighs the good. I can not wait to move.
I moved here about a year ago. Everything was good for a couple weeks then the roaches came. I am ocd on cleaning and I keep my place almost hospital clean. The management acted surprised after I told them multiple times that the bugs didn't go away after multiple visits by a pest company that I will not name because they can only come out and provide the services that they are contracted for. The other day I noticed that there were bed bugs sleeping with me. And again I am a very ocd on cleaning, I haven't gone and visited anyone that has them and I know that I didn't bring them back to my place. With that being said I'd you decide to move into this complex just keep one thing in mind, buy lots of roach spray your going to need it and invest in bed bug covers for your bed. There is also the case of black mold in my apartment that I have brought up to the management and they sent a maintenance guy out to clean it. He just sprayed it with a mix of water and bleach. I very strongly recommend that if you have any respiratory health issues to seriously consider a completely different complex. I'm moving it at the end of the week officially but haven't been staying here for about a month now. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT, MOVE HERE!!!!
Sedona has been my home for almost 3 years I have had many experience good and bad ones but mostly good ones Sedona point has been a box of goodies I can say first they gave me home a place to live a place to start my own family and now it gives me the opportunity to say thank you God it's been a great home I love Sedona point Apartments
They offer cover parking $15 extra a month but I think it should be free for good tenants. But on a good note the lady's in the office is very nice the property pretty much stays clean. The landscaping is nice. So I am pretty glad to call it home...
