San Angelo is a historic city packed with charm. The city is best known for being home to the Fort Concho National Historic Landmark and Angelo State University. Located in West Texas ranching country, San Angelo offers a rich culture and history. Downtown San Angelo maintains a quaint charm with 19th and 20th-century buildings. Murals, bronze sculptures, and art spaces like Chicken Farm Art Center fuel the city’s vibrant art scene. The heart of the city has restaurants, bars, shops, and waterfront parks like the International Waterlily Collection and the Bosque. The award-winning Concho River Walk features trails, parks, and gardens while San Angelo State Park nearby is great for wakeboarding and hiking.
San Angelo’s year-round events like the San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo keep the city lively. Staying true to its Southwestern roots, San Angelo has ranch-style houses available for rent, along with apartments.

Property Ratings at Sedona Ranch Apartments
I think this property is beautiful, clean, the apartments are very well kept.
Do not live here! Have had raw sewage back up into my apartment multiple times. Management has been rude about it every time and refuses to properly sanitize after.
FYI, smoking is allowed inside the units, which isn't disclosed anywhere. They don't say a word about it until you're stuck living inside a unit that smells like the inside of a cigarette. We now have clothes, blankets, furniture, sheets, and towels that smell like cigarette even though WE DO NOT SMOKE.
We've been living here five months, and so far we haven't had any problems! We haven't had much occasion to talk to management, but when we do they're very helpful and polite. I don't get the sense that they're looking for opportunities to cheat us for fees or expenses -- for example, when my fiance lost his mail key, they only charged us $5 to make a new one rather than slapping us with a penalty. Maintenance is also very friendly and gets to problems promptly. Unfortunately, that is necessary because these apartments are antiquated. The kitchen appliances are old, and the buildings are a little outdated (we don't need three telephone jacks, but more than one ethernet port would be lovely.) Overall, we're happy here and not worried about management making our lives difficult, which is worth more than a new dishwasher to me. A nice mix of college students, military, families, and single people live here. It's a good place to be!
We've lived here for 4 years, going on 5. It is in a great location. Easy to get in and out of the complex. The amenities are great. Anytime we needed something done, the management responded promptly. Able to pay rent on line. We love it.
I have lived at my current apartment off and on for years. I always find myself wanting to come back. Peaceful, comfortable, and in a good neighborhood is a huge plus for me and my kids. Maintenance is always on point when in need and the staff calls to check if all was taken care of.
Sedona Ranch is great! Lots of amenities and the price is right! Super maintenence and office personnel. They will treat you like a star! Enjoy stress free living at Sedona Ranch!
We are a military couple who lived here for 10 months. Don't be fooled by their old photos--this place is falling apart. The pools would regularly turn green during the summer because the maintenance staff would clean them often enough. The fitness center was a joke. The bowflex/weight machine you see in the picture? All the cables are snapped, rendering it unusable. I told the office staff 3 times that it needed to be fixed over the span of a few months and it had still not been repaired by the time we moved out. The laundry rooms are not locked, so workers from the oil fields often use them as a public facility for washing their soiled clothes. Be prepared to wait a while for a machine. The manager has to be the grumpiest woman I have ever met. There is huge turnover in the front office staff that I can only assume is because of their boss. New people started out friendly enough, but a few months in would turn as grumpy and rude as the manager. The assistant manager even moved to a new job--customer service for SuddenLink...I can't imagine that's a better job than front office staff. The short of it: since we were not there long term, we put up with a lot for the price. If you expect to be here more than a few months, I highly suggest you look elsewhere.
