La Sala Grande is a residential neighborhood just 20 minutes away from the center of Albuquerque. Renters will find that this area is mostly made up of houses, but there are a few reasonably priced rental options available as well.
Although La Sala Grande is mostly residential, the southern corner of the neighborhood is equipped with a shopping center that hosts a bank, animal hospital, and retail stores. Many of the city’s great restaurants are located outside of the neighborhood on Menaul Boulevard Northeast, but thanks to La Sala Grande’s convenient location, it’s only about a five-minute drive away. South Sandia Peak, located right outside of the neighborhood, is surrounded by multiple trailheads providing residents with abundant opportunities for outdoor recreation.

Property Ratings at Sedona Ridge
I moved into Sedona ridge in September of this year. It has been an amazing experience. Audrey in the office helped me from start to finish. She made the application and move in process effortless. I got an apartment on the third floor, it is spacious and beautiful. The property is secured well. My kids and I are loving the indoor pool. The park is great. The trees and grass make my view out the window GORGEOUS. You will not find such great apartments at such an affordable price. Would recommend to all.

Audrey in our office made the application and move-in process effortless for you, and we're delighted to hear that you're enjoying your spacious and beautiful third-floor apartment. Your family's love for the indoor pool and the park on the property brings us joy. Thank you for recommending us as affordable, great apartments – we're here to ensure your continued satisfaction!
Despite the gated community, the service is bad. I’m not sure the workers work to keep the place clean. I’m paying to hear neighbors having arguments and just about everything under the sun. In the process of leaving the year lease 6 months into the lease.

I lived here for 1.5 years and the themes were insanely unresponsive maintenance and management. Terrible neighbors. My car got at least 20 scratches and dents parking in terrible parking lot where chaos reigns. Move here only if you despise peace and quiet and love to know exactly what your neighbors are doing in the apartment next door. (Spoiler alert: They are fighting like cats and dogs from the stress of living here) Also, try calling the office and see if they answer. It's about 50% of the time that they bother to answer at all. The apathy of the staff here is the stuff of legends.

The worst part about this place is the office I have never met such rude people. When you walk in the women in the office ask you what do you want with a dirty look and if you actually did need anything you're not going to get it. If you have any maintenance request they wont come until you ask them at least three time because they're to lazy to submit the work order. It's been in the high 90s here and our air conditioner has not worked we've called at least twice a week this month so far. Our dishwasher has been broken since we've moved in but we gave up on that after months of trying to get them to at least come look at it. Cars get stolen, theres dumpster divers that leave trash everywhere, and if you have a package going to the front office they will refuse it and have it sent back. Not worth the time, money, and patience.
I have lived here almost 2 years and seen several management teams come and go. This one is the worst. The laundry works on cards only. The card machine has been broken for 4 months. If you want to use the laundry you have to buy a card from them in $20 increments which means that you will have money that can’t be spent left on the card every time. They issue a new card every time and won’t refund or transfer credits. Plus when a package is delivered to the office they don’t notify you. That is fine if you know something is coming but any surprise packages sit in their store room. If you complain about anything they just say that is their policy. The apartments are getting old and the floors are uneven and noisy. The pools were closed most of the last summer due to bacterial problems. If you can, pay the extra money and go someplace else.
I moved into the Sedona Ridge Apartment complex on a six month lease to see how things were. At first glance the apartments seemed nice and the grounds clean and well taken care of, but after that new apartment glow faded came the problems. I discovered there were roaches coming into the building that didn't originate from my apartment. I called the staff and they said they'd send an exterminator out, but that he was only available on a set schedule so I had to wait over a week for him to come down. This worked for maybe a month, then the roaches returned. After multiple visits I ended up buying my own poison to kill them and after that I didn't see anymore. The management staff was friendly and helpful, but the maintenance staff (except for the emergency guy) was terrible. When I first moved in I noted problems I saw in the unit and submitted it to the front office and figured the issues would be fixed, but trying to get them fixed was like pulling teeth. The maintenance staff never came to fix issues I filed requests for multiple times (even with management writing direct notes for me) and when they did come they never finished the job, leaving things half-finished and broken. Worst of all was a set of neighbors that constantly fought, choking and hitting each other out in the common areas and in the hallway. One even broke the others' cell phone on my door and when I reported it to the staff I was told to call the police. Apparently someone else did since one day coming home from work the cops were in their apartment and then they vanished for awhile. I'd hoped they'd been evicted, but no luck there as they were back and must have thought I'd reported them since from that point on my car was attacked with eggs and smeared with dog crap constantly. It got so bad and the staff didn't do a thing, so that I had to park across the complex at the actual staff building to get the attacks to stop and these lasted up until I left. Never have I seen jerks like that given free reign to drive out decent paying residents while they seemingly got off with at most a slap on the wrist. Because of this and the aforementioned reasons I could not recommend this complex to any potential renter unless they seriously clean up their act and deal with these jerks, get their pest control problem under control, and actually make their maintenance staff work for their money.
I haven't lived in an apartment for over 20 years so I wasn't sure what to expect. I looked at over 100 this last few months. Sedona Ridge not only has everything I wanted but at a reasonable price. David has been absolutely amazing. I have dealt with him everytime and he always provides service of excellence with such a bright and sincere attitude. I hope you realize how rare that type of employee is in today's world. You are very fortunate to have him and I really look forward to living at my new home.

Thanks for your feedback! Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to make your stay here more enjoyable.
Love the area we selected to call our home, area is spacious, this complex that me and my son selected is based on our needs and safety. Staff is very wonderful and helpful. The needs of laundry, pool area indoor and outdoor is wonderful dont need to travel to find these for entertainment. Have my niece renting an apartment here in same complex and I know she is safe and well set.
Coming from a smaller city and moving to a much larger one, I was looking for a safe community to move to. Sedona Ridge is close to all shopping and has a county atmosphere with the nice walking paths on the campus and many, many amenities. I'm very happy with my choice and plan to live at this wonderful, comfortable, clean and safe community.
It is fine! The apartment is good. The only complaint that I have is that, when something need to be fixed or if I put in a work order the maintenance men take a long time to do it. You can see them sitting around not doing much. But other than that, my experience is great! The apartments are nice. Storage is great.
