These are old apartments with pests plus they make you pay $90+ for internet no matter you need it or not. They raised rents every quater.
They are just do not know everything about the apartment wasting people time then they say oh you gota pay this much for internet that much for cleaning and also a resident said that this place is full of mice and roaches and the manager just don’t care. Also a someone used to live here said you will hear many gunshots in a week.so I decided to do not get an apartment in this place
Sure you have some places close so you can walk and ran some errands. But that doesn’t cancel out the amount of roaches and mice that ran around your apartment everyday.
I came in only for a tour and literally didn’t make it passed the lobby. There is an immediate unpleasant smell upon entering. The outside does not look even close to the photos. It looks very run down, people living there have a lot of junk on their balconies. The person at the front was talking pretty loudly, a lot of cursing, which I just felt was unprofessional considering there were multiple people sitting waiting for a tour. When my turn came to come back instead of walking over to greet me the front desk person just kept shouting “ma’am” to get my attention. I was facing away from the front desk. The experience was off putting from the moment I parked. After reading other reviews about the pest issues I’m glad I didn’t go any further.
This place. Where do i start. Roaches. Mice. All types of bugs. They charge for every little thing including bringing guest to the pool. Never any parking passes. The management is rude. They only care about money. Appliances are old and out dated. Fridge leaks. Locks barely work. People leave trash in the trash room instead of throwing it down the shoot which brings more MICE!! I honestly can’t wait to move out of here!!! Only good thing is big apartments and patios. Other than that. They don’t care!!!
Never recommended this place to anyone to live. Roaches, pests and waterborne insects live here in this building. Management talks to much but do nothing. Very poor customer service.
Nothing like the pictures, garbage and rats everywhere. If your appliances break...they simply never replace them, they cant afford new appliance. Washer and dryers are separate and ALWAYS in use or broken. By far the WORST place I've ever lived. DO NOT recommend. Move elsewhere.
Ok. We have lived here for almost three months. We’ve done everything in our power to get rid of the roaches in our kitchen. They come in to exterminate and nothing changes. We are clean people and are living this nightmare for another 5 months. Can’t wait to leave!
The location is just perfect. You can quickly get to anywhere in the beltway quickly. The building is super clean and nice. Modern and inviting. And special thanks to Ms Rike. She is excellent beyond compare. An excellent representative for this community. ??
I love it here everything is convenient the highway is literally next to it. But the only thing i cant stand is the ROACHES!!! Its to much its a issue! They fumigate all the time and it never helps! That is my only complaint other than that I haven’t had any issues here.
Overall the property is good located at the key area where ppl love to live. The leasing staff are very good especially the ones showing around.

Hi, ***** My overall experience working with Tizta was great. Tizta is very personable and her response time is faster than expected. Honestly, if it wasn't for Tizta I wouldn't be moving in. She deserves 5 stars plus more. I'm very big on kindness and I just want to Thank her for being so kind and reassuring during the application process which I know sometimes can be stressful. also I love My Appartment, and Highly recommended this place for Living.
Nice things about this place: first of all, location is great - it is close to interstate and there is nearby shopping plaza at a walking distance. Parking is free and always available. You can collect your packages anytime from front desk. Leasing office staff are welcoming, especially Tizita - she helped us a lot during moving in and the first month. One thing they need to improve: response time to maintain dryer/washer when they breakdown. But overall it is a nice apartment.

The one bedroom apartment is spacious that can be enough for couples. Tizita at the front desk was very helpful in showing the apartment and making decision. Thank you, Tizita!
The building is old, the appliances are old and constantly breaking down. And if you want guests to stay? They better leave before 11pm or they get towed. There is NEVER any guest parking, you have to come down to the lobby at 6am the day prior for overnight parking and it’s only for ONE night. No exceptions. They come urgently if something breaks but NEVER expect them to replace your appliances, they’re cheap for a reason.

The worst of the worst. I wish I could give this place a 0 star rating. Cockroaches, mice, rats galore! Unfriendly, unaccommodating management! Everything breaks--the air conditioning broke NINE times in a month in June. My dishwasher had to be repaired after the first time I used it. There wasn't a screen on one of my windows when I moved in. The door handle for the balcony promptly broke after one use. The laundry machines constantly break and don't get repaired for months on end. Don't even get me started on the other residents. They're loud, obnoxious, don't follow the rules, they leave trash in the elevators, don't pick up after their dogs, the bratty children there run up and down the hallways and also often ride their bikes and scooters there too. Residents leave trash and other items that shouldn't be there on their balconies, junking up the appearance. There's people constantly parking in "no parking zones" and FIRE LANES(!) and it makes it hard for other people to get in and out of the complex parking lot. I've almost had collisions as a result of this. They've also made it "optional" for tenants to have their units sprayed for cockroaches, so it's just a vicious cycle; they spray some units, not all, and the cockroaches end up returning and they end up spraying again. I personally found a dead mouse on my balcony; I heard from another resident that they found a rat underneath of their TV entertainment center. Let's not forget to mention the chipped paint on the doors, leaky ceilings, bathtubs that don't drain, paper thin walls and just an overall crappy job of maintaining the building. Also I don't trust the maintenance workers--my VERY friendly dog, who doesn't have a mean bone in his body and has never acted like this, would not let the guy in to fix my dishwasher. My dog was growling and snapping at the guy. I trusted my dog's judgement, so I refused him entry and asked for someone else, which wasn't received well. Management is rude and will not meet with residents in person--you have to email them. They won't take phone calls. It'll be weeks before you hear back. Their way of "remediating" disturbances/complaints is to leave "notes" on tenants' doors and not actually address the problem. If you want a miserable living experience, by all means, live here. If you want an actual habitable place to live, LOOK ELSEWHERE.
Everything is good. The apartment is kinda old but updated appliances and bathrooms. Very safe place to live in and very quite.
This building has mice, I've called so many times to get the mice issue under control. The service people come and do absolutely nothing to fix the problem. This building also has cockroaches as well. Furthermore everything is broken. The dishwasher is broken and peaked water, almost all the door knobs fall of the min u touch them. The leasing service don't care about their tenants. I specifically asked before moving in if there is pest issue and the leasing agent James is very dishonest. I practically told him that I have a phobia of mice/rats and will not be able to live in such environment. He lied and convinced me that no tenant has complained and he has not seen anything for as long as he worked there.

The fist day when I move in I found cockroaches in my apartment. the second week when I was there, the hot water is not supplying for two days, so I have to go to hotels to take shower. Half of the management team is ok, and other half is mean. if you want to live here, think twice, unless you dont care much about roaches and mean people here.

This apartment complex is always timely with maintenance, the concierge staff is friendly (and 24 hrs!), and I never have problems finding parking. It may not be at the front of the building but I almost always feel safe, even when furthest away from the door. My balcony is huge, a big plus, and there's a screen door for those really awesome fall days. My apartment is updated and the new appliances work amazingly. The dishwasher has never left any food (even crusted on food... seriously I'm in love.) The floor plan is big with lots of storage. I never hear anyone above me, below me, or beside me - and there are definitely people who live there. It's really great in a high rise community and it's a relief to know people can't hear my TV unless they're standing outside my door! The ONE THING I don't particularly love is that we have to pay for laundry per load, per washer and dryer. I don't mind it being communal, because that gives me incentive to do the laundry faster. The laundry room is on every floor in the same spot, and that's really helpful. Packages can be picked up from the concierge at any time of day or night, which is great if you have a crazy schedule. Leasing staff is very friendly and encouraging, the complex promptly updates you of any changes to the building, pest control, etc. I wish there was more in walking distance, but honestly, it's still the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. Bus takes you to the metro.
