Sentral East Austin at 1614 E. Sixth

I've lived here for over a year and I love my place. The high ceilings and large bathroom with standing shower and separate tub are my favorite feature in my bathroom. Gas stove is clutch. Neighbors are chill, building is clean, maintenance is quick, and overall the building is nice. Highly recommend

I only stayed a short while, but really enjoyed having all the space and access to other living spaces instead of just a bed and bath. I definitely plan to stay here again.

Emme was very professional and has a great attitude and sense of humor. Our stay was amazing. An added bonus is a great hole in the wall Mexican restaurant right down the street. The apartments are amazing, clean and modern.

This place has the best of both worlds! You can stay for a short time or a long time with a mix of Airbnbs and apartments. Mary was extremely helpful with getting us extra towels and to extend our stay. We can’t wait to visit again.

The location is in the middle of Austin and easily accessible to other restaurants and food trucks. Karyn in the front office was really helpful. I highly recommend booking for any future visit.

This was our second time to stay at Sentral and it did not disappoint. There’s so much to walk to in the area including a target and Whole Foods. The staff especially Mary was extremely helpful and kind! We will be back.

I recently had some relatives stay at Sentral on East 6th Street. They were wanting a great location to be able to walk to great food and bars and East Austin is that neighborhood. They loved the spacious 2 bedrooms and staff that was so friendly and helpful their entire stay. I would highly recommend Sentral East Austin for anyone you know that is looking to stay in an awesome apartment and be close to all the action East Austin offers!!

This property is clean, spacious rooms with all the amenities including conference rooms and a pool! You can walk to the grocery across the street and restaurants! The staff were so helpful and nice including Mary!!! We will be back.

I recently moved into this apartment complex and I have been blown away by the level of service and amenities provided here. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff has been nothing but helpful and accommodating. Mary Helen was so professional and helpful! She went above and beyond to help us feel at home with a smile! I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and community-oriented stay experience. The amenities and location are top-notch. Five stars all around!

I have had no complaints living here the past 4 months! The apartment is always clean and the staff is accommodating, specifically Alex, Allen, and Emme! The location is perfect and I love my apartment.

The staff is very well fast responsive and very Kind. As a first time business owner the Sentral team made it easy and welcoming for the move in process and any current issues I run into. The two Managers "Alex & Allen" at the property always stop by my shop and poke their heads in for a friendly chat and even an hand wave! Makes me feel welcome in the community. Emme and Karyn the two employees always offer help and loves to chat for a friendly convo!

there r a myriad of good places to eat, drink and get a coffee within a 10 min walk or drive. the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. alex, allen, karyn & emme have been understanding and friendly in helping me if i get locked out or my apt needs maintenance. maintenance has been able to help me with the few issues i’ve had. luis & andres r nice and have fixed my sink hose and door when it wouldn’t latch. i’ve lived here for a year and it’s been a purchase i don’t regret.

After apartment hunting for a while across many different complexes, I found Sentral at 1614. The staff, particularly Alex was very helpful with working with my strict timeline to find the right unit and now I can happily say, I've found a unit within my budget that's better than I expected!

Beautiful apartment. Wonderful amenities. Excellent leasing and maintenance teams. What more could you ask for? I unexpectedly started working from home at the beginning of my first lease due to the pandemic. Luckily, Sentral is the perfect place in Austin to do that - the apartment is comfortable, quiet, and maintenance issues are typically resolved within the hour. Then my sister needed to move in towards the end of my second lease, and Alex made the process pain-free. Emme from leasing even helped resolve an emergency situation on Christmas Eve (!) as we were leaving for dinner. I've been unable to attend most of the resident events due to work and family obligations, but they always look so fun (I've seen a lu?au put on in the pool courtyard). The community app is pretty active as well, and I've made friends with some neighbors that way. :)

Love all the team at Sentral. Alex, Allen, Emme, Luis, and Andres All have gone above and beyond to make me feel like a have a long term home. Moving to a new city can be tough but with a community like this, I can go so much further. Forever grateful!

The location is unbeatable, the unit layouts are probably the best I’ve seen, and Karyn in the front office is the absolute best.

My husband and I loved our time at Sentral! Our whole apartment was beautiful-high ceilings, a neutral palette, several windows that brought in tons of natural light, ample closest space-and a stunning kitchen! I will always long for the turquoise backsplash, the tall cabinets (tons of incredible storage!), the quality gas stove, and the crisp quartz counters and island. The location can’t be beat! Walking distance to so many amazing restaurants, bars, Target and Whole Foods, next to the pristine Texas State Cemetery that creates a perfect loop for a walk (especially your pup!), close to downtown but away from Dirty 6th, near multiple bus lines, and near I-35! The staff is so welcoming, kind, and fun-we will dearly miss them! The staff sets Sentral apart from other apartment communities because they provide excellent customer service and are sincerely interested in you as a person, and not just as a tenant. They also host fun parties! Who doesn’t love that?

I’ve had the pleasure of living here for a year now and feel well taken care of. The front office is always so accommodating and can’t do enough to solve whatever issues I’m having. Getting into the pkg lockers or my lost key etc., I was especially grateful to Allen especially for walking me thru the best internet, cable , local insurance companies I should use. So helpful and efficient! The GM Nick, managers and maintenance teams always show up respectfully and within a day , fixed whatever I need , no matter how small the task ! Such good service ! (I realized how good we had it when I once had to pick up a pkg across the street . It was confirmed at the office once I called and when I got there , two people looked through the closets , the lockers, under the desks, and told me it wasn’t here! When I complained that it was an expensive package they made their rounds again for the third time and after I insisted it was here, sat down as if I was not leaving till it was found, they finally found it right in front of the closet doors, on the floor! Some teams just pretend to look but only use their blind eyes. I thought to myself, this would never have happened at Sentral! They’ve hired the best customer service staff ) I recently had a vent noise problem and after 3 visits and changing the fan motors 2 times , I think they finally solved the problem. The team was diligent and persistent and I feel they want to maintain the structure of the building and so I feel safe and secure here. I was happy to renew my lease this year and knowing that this is a boutique building, I’m happy for the personal attention we get ! Hopefully I’ll get my family and friends to visit and stay in the furnished short term rentals , I highly recommend staying here when visiting east side of Austin ! Stayed here while I was working on project in Austin. The building is clean, hallways are well lit, and the amenities were nice. The grill by the pool was awesome, plenty of spaces to work outside of my apartment. I used to co working space often. Staff were always helpful whenever I needed a hand with packages or lease stuff. Would live at another Sentral building

I’ve been living in Sentral Apartments since June 2020 and have loved it dearly! The location cannot be beat—you can walk *everywhere* and the neighborhood is safe and nice. Lots of young professionals and great restaurants. The leasing office is kind and have great communication with the residents. Amenities are really nice! My room is great for 1 person (1b/1b 539sqft) and I get plenty of natural light. Although the bar next door is noisy, you get used to it and I actually kinda liked it! I’m sad to be moving out—I truly enjoyed my time here so much.

Since moving in 2 weeks ago, everything has been impeccable! Love the hotel atmosphere and the staff that is personable, timely, and goes out of their way cultivating an “at home” vibe.

I've lived at this complex for 2 years now. It changed owners about a year ago and the new ones, Daydream, are terrible. The elevator has been down almost every day for the last month. There have only been 2 communications sent out to tenants about the elevator being down, for a whole month. I sent an email with concerns about accessibility with the elevator being constantly down. It took the company a full week to respond and they did not even address the concerns I shared. There are other issues as well. The AC for my apartment has broken a couple times. There are electrical outlets that flicker when the fan speed is changed. My kitchen sink is loose and moves around, but the technician said it wouldn't fall so he wasn't going to secure it better. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
