Sepulveda West Apartments

For the area, I think this is a fairly priced apartment. My building was built long ago so occasionally has some errors but I think that's where the star of this property comes from - incredibly quick maintenance response. Lisa and Frank are both very efficient and sweet. A good option to consider for Otis or LMU Students!

Loved living here! Lisa, the property manager, is quite honestly the best possible manager you could ask for. She is always on top of it! She’s very communicative, gives fast responses to any concerns or maintenance issues, friendly, and professional. Frank is also prompt to fix any maintenance issues and friendly! In fact, the entire staff here is amazing. Issues get addressed within the same day usually. I was worried about the airplane noises prior to move in since it’s close to LAX, but the double paned windows do their job. Because the apartment is around a residential neighborhood, it’s also quite peaceful and the view is nice. Street parking is generally easy to find for guests. There’s a lot of newly remodeled amenities that are well maintained and always available for use. Some other random notes are that the apartment is well insulated. I’ve only turned on the AC twice for the entire year.

I cannot say more of what an amazing experience we have had with Sepulveda West Apartments. Lisa, the property manager truly the best. From when we first viewed the complex, to moving in, to 6 months later she has made us feel so welcomed and has gone above and beyond with all of our needs. She is reliable, communicative, proactive and truly cares about the property and it shows. On top of that, Frank and Alma who help maintain the property are so great. We have had very few fixes needed but when we have, Lisa is immediately on it and Frank is there to fix it ASAP. The complex is quiet and the tenants are very friendly and respectful. We absolutely love our new home and HIGHLY recommend Sepulveda West Apartments to anyone.

I’ve lived here for about five years now and I really love this place. It’s in a great location where you can easily get to Culver City or Manhattan Beach or LAX and. Inglewood. Lisa is a great manager very approachable and always very nice. Anytime there’s been a maintenance issue it’s usually taken care of within the day. And the recent remodel of the apartment looks great! Overall a really good place to live I highly recommend it

I loved every second of living at Sepulveda West! The 1 bedroom unit I lived in was so spacious and clean. The location was in a beautiful neighborhood that was great to take strolls in. Also was close to so many great restaurants and to grocery stores and other shopping. Also a very close run/drive to the beach. Close to the 405 and 105 for commutes and the property management team led by Lisa is so helpful and nice. Only moved to the Bay for family reasons, but I had such a great experience living here

I’ve lived here for 4 years and love this apartment complex. For one it’s close to my favorite beach ?? Manhattan beach and also a stones throw away from Culver City. Lisa is a great landlord who’s helped me a lot with any issue I’ve had over the last few years living there. The apartment was recently renovated and everything looks amazing especially the pool and gym area.

After having lived in my fair share of terrible apartments across the city, I find this place to be a true gem. Responsive and regular maintenance, good neighbors, and is supported but an excellent property manager

My wife and I currently live here in a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. The unit was recently upgraded with new paint, tiles, appliances and looks amazing! Very modern looking apartment. The people in the building are so nice and friendly. We moved in during construction and the results are amazing! Brand new pool, community room, and brand new gym that I use 3-4 times per week. It has all the equipment you need so you don't need a gym membership. The neighborhood is super friendly and very safe. I go on walks every day and everyone says hi and it's a very family-oriented neighborhood. Lisa, Frank and the entire staff are amazing! Lisa responds to your emails almost immediately and takes care of all your needs, usually within the same day. They are super friendly and accommodating.

I lived at Sepulveda West for a year and it was a perfect first apartment! Lisa is an amazing property manager, always responds in a timely manner and very friendly when I see her in person. Frank is great at maintenance work and Maria keeps the apartment complex so clean and smelling good. The apartments are spacious, very new appliances, and I had a great view from my balcony. Located in a safe neighborhood, beautiful gym, easy parking, and big pool. Highly recommend this place!

I lived in Sepulveda West for about 2 years in one of their cute and cozy studio apartments, and can assure you that Lisa is the best property manager hands down. From the moment I stepped into the building, and was greeted by her, I knew I was home. Again, I lived in the building for about 2 years, and EVERY single time we talked or spoke, she made me feel like I was the only tenant in the building. Never too busy, always extremely quick to respond to my requests, and she generally CARES about your well-being 1,000%! Even my move-out process has been done with such grace, care and ease. She's simply just an all-around good person, with such a good heart. I wish I could take her with me to my new home. She's the absolute BEST! :)

DO NOT rent this apartment. The whole building has been under construction for the past 1 year with no completion under sight. No solution or rent rebates provided by management. In fact, they simply denied all the complaints saying they cannot stop the noise during upgrades. Summary: . Noise all day long . My 6 month daughter is not able to sleep in either rooms . Can't open the windows because of construction dust . All amenities under construction . None of the projects completed since last 12 months . Cannot work from home as joining meetings not possible because of noise . High rent when all other rental properties are reducing during the pandemic . Management not helpful at all.

We lived here for a little over 3 years and were incredibly happy with our experience. The location is perfect with quick access to shops and the freeway, and it is nestled into a lovely neighborhood that is quiet and great for walks. On top of that, Lisa manages the property so well. She is always available and helpful with whatever concerns may arise. Even when there are no concerns, she is just pleasant to chat with. She really cares about the tenants living in her building which is a big deal in a city like LA. We felt very safe living here and the apartments are a good size with nice balconies. Definitely recommend!

Lisa and her staff are the best ! I’ve lived here for 3 years and they are awesome ! Never had a single situation where she weren’t amazing! Definitely recommend this place. Talk to Lisa she’ll be ready for you! It’s just outstanding work for a short staff!

I have lived here at Sepulveda West for many years and wanted to give major kudos to Lisa our Community Manager. Her professional and efficient management is the best!! Any tenant concerns are handled quickly and she follows up to make sure things are taken care of properly. She and her staff are friendly and a great asset to Sepulveda West. The management here is awesome! Lisa Stavnes' professionalism and good natured attitude will be highly missed. Lisa's attentiveness to the needs of the tenants truly made us feel like we were extended family and not just another faceless occupant. I just wanted to send a shot it to Sepulveda West Apartments for hiring an outstanding manager in Lisa. I am a previous homeowner in transition and having things done when needed was important to me. Lisa and her staff has shown over the past year to be responsive and accountable to our needs. If you're looking for a great place with no day to day hassles, this is the place. So if a unit is available, it would be smart to secure it as soon as possible. Bring a great place to live in a great location and professional management, they don't last long.

I lived at Sepulveda West for just over a year. It’s a really nice place to live- well maintained, clean common areas, quiet building, nice pool, and responsive & friendly staff. Street parking is very easy; great for guests. I lived in building A on the top floor and I had really lovely sunset views and a skylight in the bathroom, which was a nice feature of the unit. The building is a bit older, but that’s to your benefit as you get rent control. My unit itself was completely new- new counters (granite style), brand new stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), and hard wood style flooring. I loved that the cabinets and tops in the kitchen matched that of the bathroom. Also really nice, large mirrors closets. I enjoyed living in the building and appreciate the work Lisa (building manager), Frank (maintenance manager) and (unfortunately I never caught her name) the woman who cleaned the common areas did to make this a nice place to live. They were always friendly and maintained good communication around different matters in the building. I recommend this building and the staff!

My mother lived at Sepulveda West for a number of years and loved the apartment, its location and especially the apt manager - Lisa. She is awesome!!! She is very responsive, works hard to keep the buildings and grounds looking good and the renters happy. Lisa truly cares about the tenants. Sadly, my mother needed to move for health reasons and would have wanted to stay longer if she could. Also, Frank, the maintenance guy is great and worked quickly to resolve renter's issues.
