Staff are often not in office during office hours. Recently my building key fob and gym key stopped working, took days to get it sorted with management and could not get into the building in the meantime.

Great living experience here at sequel. The new leasing management has made a huge impact within the community overall. Appearance, atmosphere, customer service, just all around excellence.
Sequel is exactly what I needed in a place. Moving here from the East Coast I needed someplace to call my own, and Sequel provided that to me without a hitch. Definitely recommend someone to at least tour the spaces, you might just surprise yourself.
Its definitely a great place to live and a stellar location. The staff here is excellent and helpful. Could use some fine tuning and if you can afford it, its up your alley.

Dont live here. Its not worth the trouble of moving through 2 elevators to move in. Alley trucks waking residents up every day at 5AM. There are so many other apartments in the area that are better.

Sequel has been the worst apartment experience we've ever had in Seattle. We've stayed at the following buildings for at least 1-year: Viktoria, Olympus, The Martin, and Helios.

In terms of location and value, Sequel is hard to beat. They take sense of community seriously and the amenties are excellent. I love living here.
I really enjoy living at Sequel, the location is great, the building is well designed and maintained and the management are super friendly.
Living at the Sequel has been a great experience thus far. The staff is amazing, super responsive and always willing to help. My apartment is very cozy and very rarely do I hear any of my neighbors. The facilities maintenance is on point with great amenities like the gym and beautifully manicured roof-top. Did I mention their generous offer of freshly baked muffins in the mornings, which is an ideal breakfast treat.
