Nothing short of amazing, friendly grounds staff . Highly recommend to anyone new to the area they have transportation and other great amenities such as community centers and activities

Nobody is a perfect 5 star so I'm giving a near perfect 4 star rating. The office mgmt beens over backwards, sideways, and every which way to make sure I am helped and my needs are met. The property (for the most part) is kept clean and managed. The maintenance team is cordial and manorly.

We love living here.It's been the best place to start a little family at For the most part everyone here is pretty nice and we don't have any issues

Love it here, apartment is roomy, quiet, grounds crew does an excellent job on keeping trash and debris picked up, haven't had to use maintenance yet, love the communication that office has with tenants, would highly recommend

Love it here service at front desk was great...the process to rent was easy to follow . All the extras thar come with living here is wonderful plus its pet friendly.

Couldn’t think of a better place i would want to stay, they treat you really well and the amenities are a plus. My favorite part is the bus, I take it often and really enjoy not having to drive everywhere.

Overall it's a good quite place to live, no noise issues,people don't bother you.I just don't like how often and how long it takes for the Elevator to be fixed when it is out of service.

Home= A nice place to live, where there is a peaceful setting, quiet areas to sit and chat with friendly neighbors. Fun events to share with other residents, especially during the holidays.

Sequoia park apartments is very nice. Spacious apartments with lots of amenities. Activities and library. Laundry room. Pool in season. Good neighbor program. Very nice friendly neighbors. Pets welcome. 24 hour emergency maintenance. Friendly staff. Walking park next door. Lots of trees, and a pond with ducks.

I like living here at Sequoia Park apartments. It's a quite place to live at. It has nice parks on the property. I like to go to the dinners, wish we had more of them to attend.

My neighbors are all very friendly and helpful. I like to stop and visit with them. The office staff is also helpful and keeps us informed of events coming up.

So far so good, I love it here & the staff. You have a problem they are coming right away to help and assist you. I love the resources and amenities it is the best.

I love it here . It's quite. Friendly Neighbors. There is always have something at the recreation center. They have a community best that will take you to the store walmart twice a week.

I have lived here one year and overall have had a Good experience. Maintenance is great when needing something fixed, they're there pretty quickly and do a great job. The women in the office are exceptionally fantastic! Deborah goes out of her way to make her tenants happy. They have a lot of planned activities that are really fun because you get to meet a lot of the people here. Overall it's a fantastic place to live! I have met some of the nicest people here that I've ever known in my life.

We moved to Sequoia Park Apartments a few days ago and so far, everyone has been very nice and welcoming to us. We are very happy to be here.

So far so good, one thing I love right now is the bus features. It has been a good way to explore the neighborhood since I’m new here. All the other amenities are a plus too and location as well.

Staff is very polite, knowledgeable, they seem to care about making sure rules are enforced. Community is clean and quiet. I feel very comfortable here, love the space I have, and private patio.

4 stars, because nobody is perfect. The management team is polite and curtious. For the most part the apartment area is quiet and clean. Location is convenient to all your shopping needs.

I love it here.everyone is so very nice Debra is so helpful she cares about the people who live here's. The parking could be so much better when I have to work late there is never a parking place.

I am on my second year lease. I love living at Sequoia park apartments. The residents are very nice and the Apartments are large and quite. The management is very nice and helpful.

I enjoy living here the staf is great they are allways good to help you with anything you require and our maintenance team is right there to repair any damage or issues that you may have It just feels like home here and I feel very comfortable and safe here

The environment at Sequoia Park Apartments is nice to live here. The hot weather has not allowed the bunnies to be seen as often as cooler weather. The hot weather does not seem to effect the squirrels at Sequoia Park Apartments.

I really appreciate how helpful Ariel has been when I need anything. I also enjoy Grace and the crafts she hosts for us to do. This has been a wonderful place to live.

Residents are friendly and helpful I have had residents talk to me when I didn't know them and I have had them help with carrying packages The staff is even more helpful Helping me when I was having Trouble with my grocery cart Also showing me how to do things online. I have had help when I paid my rent when I was very shakes Due to not feeling well.you do not know how much it means to someone when they are ill

I love my apartment - I feel secure and at peace. Still don't like the train, but it doesn't run 24/7 - just at odd times! You get used to it after a while. Management is awesome and responds to work orders in a timely fashion. Now if my rent would just stay where it is - my life would be perfect!

I love calling Sequoia Park Apartments my home going on 9 years. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Maintenance is reliable and trustworthy. The grounds are kept up and gorgeous. My doggie thinks so too.

Great maintenance of the apartment community, both on the inside and the community public areas. Community has great respect for quiet hours as exhibited by all residents respecting one another!

Love! Love! Love! Sequoia Park Apartments! Have lived here almost 15 years and hopefully will another 15! My apartment is perfect. And when there’s an issue someone comes and takes care of whatever is needed. Deborah consistently manages everything well. Don’t know where she gets the energy to do as much as she does! Grace is an excellent activities coordinator. She offers a wide assortment of activities and is open to suggestions. And Victor, Bus Driver, goes above and beyond for every person on the bus. He is kind, helpful, patient and professional at all times. These words can be said about all who work here. All these things add up to a big part of why I love SPA!

Beautiful, well-maintained grounds and sidewalks are perfect for walking, plus there’s plenty of shade! The staff are friendly and personable and work very hard providing entertaining and educational programs for the residents. All maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and Carlos, head of maintenance, lives on site and is always available to deal with any off- hours problems. Sequioa Park is the best!

My community is so quite and peaceful,neighbors are friendly. I really enjoy the peacefulness. I love the valet trash pick up . I love how they offer events for us

Staff has been super helpful and keep up with maintenance. They have been on top of any issues that arise. Maintenance has been understaffed but qre doing a great job letting us know they are getting to us quickly.

Sequoia Park is a nice place to live for a person who is new to Denton,Tx, this neighbors are very nice an most have very cute n friendly pets. I think it's nice that we have people to pick up the trash by the door. I thank them so much.

It is very difficult to submit Work Orders Once Work Orders are submitted you do not receive confirmation they have been received. Attention to your Work Orders by the Staff can take one week to 2 years. If you submit multiple items that need attention, it is unlikely half of them will be taken care of.

Beautiful property, Deborah and her staff are always pleasant and helpful. Great walking paths and Grace always has interesting activities.

Great place to reside! The apartment community is well maintained, the staff are are receptive and easy to work with, maintenance team is fantastic, and there are many amenities which other apartment commun ities in Denton do not have!

Deborah, the community director and manager is wonderful! She goes out of her way to make sure the tenants are happy and well taken care of. If you ever have a problem here at Sequoia Park she's right on it. She gets out of her office and makes sure that the grounds are always neat and clean free of clutter and pests. The tenants here always have a great time at the community events that Grace schedules. Grace is doing a great job down in the community clubhouse, we have a lot of fun at the potluck dinners and there's always something new on the calendar. Bingo, games, and more!

Sequoia Park apartments are mostly quiet where I live. The neighbors are quiet. The wildlife here in Sequoia Park Apartments are really great to see. The bunnies ?? are so cute. I watched a bunny stay in one place for 30 minutes. They are wild so they do not allow people to get very close.

Great place to live and call home! Superb landscaping, Very Quiet and Staff are excellent! The community has a dog park and a large beautiful pool area!

The majority of the time it’s quiet here. The only downfall is if you have neighbors that smoke pot your apartment is going to smell like it because it goes through the venting system That’s the sucky part.

Very nice large apartments. Dog friendly. Lots of trees. Community center with activities. Large pool. Pond with ducks. Friendly staff. Community bus to Drs. and stores.

The apartments are very good with low noise levels. The residents potlucks are a good time especially when holidays are celebrated at the same time. There is a lot of nice people who live at these apartments. Spring is almost here and the trees will be blooming. The different colors of the trees are nice to look at.

I love the location and scenery of the park! The staff is great and very helpful! Quiet, definitely recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful place to live.

A-Class Management Team. Maintenance is Top-Notch but overworked so can be slow. Social activities are fun but struggling due to staff changes. Overall, Sequoia Park has great drive-in appearance. Grounds are well Maintained, buy a few of the areas of the parking areas are flooded, messy, and trashy. No designed Dog Park The interior open hallways are terribly neglected and need a total spray wash, paint & regular cleaning schedule. Great kitchens, storage, laundry rooms and patios. Thank you

Sequoia Park is wonderful. We are located at the quiet end of “The Drag” between 2 very esteemed universities. Every food choice imaginable and we’re 5 minutes from the Square - the heart of Denton! The Sequoia grounds are impeccable and the staff is like family! What more could you ask for?

I love living here, everyone is so friendly. Lots to do. I would recommend anyone to live here, it's mostly quite so nights I here the train as it pass by. I like bird watching on my patio.
