Peaceful Simplicity Living at it's best
Loved living at this quaint and quiet complex,at the end of a cul-de-sac,lined with palm trees and up kept homes.Cleaned daily,on site inexpensive washer and dryers,private extra storage available. Respectful,polite neighbors and an great,attentive onsite manager for any request. Gated assigned parking for the residents and a few extra parking spaces for guest. Five minutes walk to all there is to do in downtown Chula Vista,Chula Vista Mall & Bay Plaza Mall. Bay Marina:Water front eateries over looking the Bay,activities: kayaking,boating,parks,walking/riding trails,bike & other rentals,picnic areas, over looking the San Diego Bay,library,hospitals and clinics,banks,various schools all levels,South Western College,trolley & buses and many other local amenities,by foot and minutes away by transportation. My family and I will miss all there is to do in this area but we highly recommend The Sequoia Towers and this neighborhood to all.
