Property Ratings at Sequoia Village
Sequoia village apartments are near the tunnel where there are homeless people. I didn't feel safe at night. Poor maintenance, hallway lights where the entrance is never been fixed from when i first moved in till I moved out a year later. Had my car stolen in day light, and was found next day in other county nearby. Lastly, been ripped off of my security deposit. Now they put me on collections giving me bunch of things about repairs and charges, when I shouldn't have since I cleaned out that apartment better than when I moved in. The flooring was still having those wax that it got really slippery when it gets wet. I cleaned it myself not even risking my family's life waiting for their excuses that they would get it fixed. Was Not a satisfy resident and would not recommend these apartments or any other apartments under their management. Zero rating for them.
