Well I have to say that I'm very impressed to called Highland Cross my home because I have heard alot of things about this apartment complex, but I have to say I feel right at home and I am enjoying my stay at Highland Cross Apartment

I spoke with Shawndell she was very professional and kind. I did my application and was approved same day. The move was very smoothe. It's very quiet and peaceful here. I love it.

If you're on a tight budget, it's a solid place. Pretty spacious layout. Simple layout and includes a fireplace. Management is putting in effort. But there is a lot of local homelessness. Homeless and non-homeless always walking around. I've heard what I'm 90% sure we're gunshots on at least two occasions. Granted, there are multiple other local complexes so it was difficult to tell exactly which complex this happened at. Someone spit on my car window. Also witnessed some kind of dispute in which a gal busted the windows out of another person's apartment. So...it could be better. I'd probably aim a little higher if you have the budget for it.

Quite community for the most part. (Besides one guy who blast music/base while pulling in every afternoon & for an hour or so on Saturday mornings) But my Neighbors directly across and above me are quite and nice. Keep to themselves but pleasant to interact with and say hi when we cross paths. There’s a few complex’s surrounding this one but this is noticeably the smaller and way more quite in comparison. security guard on property both night & day. Staff at the office have always been polite! maintenance takes sometime to show up but thats same anywhere you are. They do a good job. Gates always work which is also nice, you don’t come home to it off the track continuously. Grounds are well kept. Parking is easy to find - there’s no fighting for a spot or having to beat traffic home to find one close to your door. If your looking for a quite small community to call home. I’d check it out for sure.

I have been living here almost a year now and I have to say it has been a wonderful experience and I have renewed my lease for another year every one has been great here .I couldn't have picked a better place to live I honestly love living here

At first when I moved here I loved it . But honestly it's gone down hill since and the prices have gone up . They were supposed to update the park and didn't. It's really hard to get maintenance to you especially for blinds . It's hard to reach the office by phone . My car has been broken into as of many others and they did nothing about it. My cat was stolen off my car and again they did nothing about it.

Great apartment complex very affordable and peaceful community all the units have washer and dryers in them now I been here almost two years .

Neighborhood is not the same as when I first got here. There’s times I hear shooting and arguing throughout the night. Not something the leasing office can control. Maintenance is always on top of things as usual. Staff is cool, I’ll call & nobody will answer still but the office hours say they’re there. People are still leaving their pet fever around. Been here almost 4 years and I can’t wait to leave. It’s been one hell of an experience. Some good and bad. But, time for me to move on.

Not happy with rent increase, considering the Apartments have not been updated. Old appliances, old carpets, old plumbing fixtures, old HVAC systems, and it takes weeks for maintenance to respond to maintenance requests.

I was impressed with the inside of the apartment everything was nice and new when i moved in . I was kind of nervous because i didn’t do a full walk threw i only seen pictures online .

Peaceful place to live, I have no complaints with no noise and all neighbors seem friendly. Great outdoor space with a beautiful park, I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Great peaceful living since I moved here in 2020. Good prices and great neighbors. Drama free environment with great staff and management. Dope living overall

Everything was going well the first year, but going into the 2nd things are getting a little shaky. Maintenance isn't as kept up as per usual and the new lady in the office doesn't seem very friendly like the old faces I'm used too. Didn't say hi or interact with Me when I walked in. I still give 4 stars because my neighbors here are wonderful (besides my car getting broken into and the cat being stolen)

I have enjoyed living here at Hason Creek, my experience has been enjoyable. The staff here has been very helpful and maintenance has been on time fixers as well for their jobs also.

I like the community, nice people makes me feel welcome. Office people are friendly always happy to help. My first apartment in glad it was easy to get it

So far it has been good. I have nothing to complain about. Everyone for the most part keeps to themselves an the people I do associate with are very sweet.

I have been at these apartments for almost a year . No major issue. Communication can be better in the office . I wish amenities would be upgraded .

Truly a great home environment and the staff is patient and supportive and willing to go the extra mile for their residents. The neighborhood is quiet and child friendly and that is rare in apartments these days.

They really great apartments they’re making so many new improvements. Night is very quiet and security walks around at night plus morning. I recommend these to live in staff is so nice.

So far so good. Slight roach issue but office is working to take care of it. Any concerns I’ve had they have tried to address it as quick as possible

Roaches, unorganized management, bed bugs, everyone passing through security gate. Lots of things that need to be taken care of but the priorities aren’t all there with this place.

It’s Been A Really Great Experience Moving In To Hayson Creek, I can’t wait to see what more these apartment’s have to offer. Everything has been a smooth ride.

So far so good. Everything was clean, staff was veryyyy friendly. The apartment is very spacious. Only thing I didn’t like was the stray dogs right outside my apartment.

Very nice very quiet, clean well kept its a great place to live. The amenities are good also, pool, grill, gated community an close to many stores.

Staff is amazing. I have great neighbors and they keep the area clean. Only issue we've had since we've been here is the battle with mold. But overall a super great place to live and a family friendly environment .

Floors make noise from upstairs like other posts say, walls could be thicker and make sure before you move in everything is what you want.

Overall, I have enjoyed my stay besides a few mishaps. I have a few good neighbors that were here before I moved in. I enjoy the Highland Cross Community.

Small complex. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot. I like the two shades of paint on the exterior. The gray looks modern. Fairly quiet neighbors tho the walls could be a little thicker and some of the floor squeaks from upstairs neighbor but it’s not horrible. I’m really happy with how the apartment turned out. It’s very cozy and relaxing. The closet is by far my favorite part of it. It’s super big and was able to do a lot with it and all my clothes and luggage. The community seems to keep to themselves and do their own thing, which I appreciate. I’m really glad I found this spot.. Somewhere I find very relaxing, calm and just like chill.

Raised my rent $100, gave me 6 business days to view properties, decide which is best, submit application, pay, get approved and provide Highland Cross Apts my 60 day written notice that I will be moving....or sign another year lease. DO NOT LET THEIR SMOOTH TALK FOOL YOU! Your sidewalk will flood 6 to 8 inches high, you will have roaches, you will see crackheads climb over the fence, stray cats and raccoons will pee on your porch furniture, your car will get broken in to, you will see dog poo on every blade of grass, you will see coke bags and weed bags on ground and the homeless people may take a hot crap on the back of your building.

Never have been in a place that make you feel one of them, treated with respect, and always having the feeling that I have been listen. Only at Highland Cross apartments.

Living here has been pretty good my only problem really would be that the floors creek very bad & it’s annoying. Other than that it’s just not in the best of areas but they are thriving to be a better community.

I love living here! The leasing office has helpful, friendly people and they love to chat and find out about your life. They are quick to respond to my concerns. When I renewed my lease we negotiated and I was able to get exactly what I wanted to update my apartment and I am very satisfied. I have wonderful neighbors and we watch out for each other.

Moved in recently. Justin and Veronica were so great! They made the process so simple. Very kind to me which made things even better! They listened and answered any questions or concerns I had. The apartments are really nice. Safe as well. Super happy I moved in to such a good place. Vanessa was wonderful as well.

So many changes have been made. The staff works with you as long as you’re communicating. Veronica has been there since I signed my lease in 2020. So thank you for that. Definitely renewing my lease again. ??

This has been a great experience for me. moving in was fast and easy. In the staff are so nice made me feel like family. Love how fast the response time is when you need something fixed or looked at, management is super nice! Complex over all is super quiet and upkept.
