Apartment space is amazing, but the build of this apartment is unacceptable. I have had bug bites all over my body in different spots, I told the leasing office no one did anything about it. I spend money out of my own pocket to fix a bug problem I didn’t create. I have a door in my bedroom that leads to the patio and every time it rains the door frame leaks and I have let the leasing office know this multiple times. They fixed one leaking problem in the door and left the other problem. And the roaches and little bugs are terrible. Pest control come every blue moon. Like I said the space and rent price wonderful. But the maintenance people, property managers and staff need more work tremendously!

I've been here for 2 years and seen the place go through owners. Serenity is the current business that owns these apartments, and it looks like they are planning on selling it soon. They are spending as little money as possible until it's sold. So if you suddenly have sewer water draining into your apartment from leaking pipes that busted in an apartment above yours at 3 am, it will take months for someone to even come to your apartment to see if it's true. Any time you call the office (if they even answer it), their default answer to any life threatening issues regarding maintenance is "that's not an emergency" before hanging up on you. Look at the reviews, don't come here!

At first glance, these apartments seem like good value for a small family or college student, but after living here for a year, this is nothing more than a glamorized housing project. Maintenance is insufficient, and the property management is extremely disorganized. Do yourself a favor and find another cheap apartment elsewhere.
I have been living here for two years and I call this my home. Any time I have to call for anything maintenance is right there. The office has gone through changes but I think it was different owners that brung the better improvements to the complex. I see many new improvements they are doing and it makes me feel like I am getting a good product for what I pay. My rents are good because other complex’s are so expensive. I didn’t like the manager she didn’t really do much but I like living here and I like my neighbors. Good location too.

Not only did we move into an unfinished apartment, we were told that the property didn’t have roaches and they do, along with mice!! Also they lost or rent twice, causing us to pay double rent twice, because we can only pay via money order , and they are losing them. !! Save you time and your money! They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
Front office people hide in there office, lock the door so no one gets in, Says there going to fix the problem but NEVER DOES!! Apartment was recently flooded due to pipes upstairs it came down and flooded our downstairs apartment we had to get all our things out ourselves and clean all the water up ourselves it was atleast 2ft of water!! The lady casey is very unprofessional she keep hanging up on us and even said she’d call the police if we didn’t stop knocking! All our walls have water damage even the neighbors had the same problem. None of the kitchen lights work, we been asking about our dishwasher for 2 months we still haven’t received it even tho nick said it was ready, every time you call for a maintenance problem they send the same man to us but he does nothing, when our apartment was flooded the maintenance man snuck out at went bought a case of beer! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT LIVE HERE?? i wish i could break lease we only been here 3 months and already regretting living here!
DO NOT stay here! Nobody cares about you when you stay here. The supervisor has the worst attitude and isnt much help at all. The bug problem is disgusting and the pictures on here are FALSE advertisement. I thought my apartment would look like these pictures especially the one I was shown when I took a tour and its not. Very affordable if you are student but that’s literally the only pro about staying here. If I was balling like that I would break my lease. I only been here 3/12 months of my lease and I already been looking at new apartments of where I want to stay next.
Just a few months in and I’m disgusted. Can not wait to get out. Bugs like crazy, maintenance will not fix anything, when you call the office they have the worst unprofessional attitudes, there are people fighting in the parking lot, the laundry mat they provide is boarded up and out of order, the pool was only open for 2 weeks, and then it was green water for the rest of the summer, the people that live here are just trash. They throw trash on the ground, they are doing drugs on the outside steps, the safety of this place is probably 1 star as well. If you’re a younger person looking to save money don’t take a chance at this place. It’s horrible you will regret it.
I have lived in these apartments for less than 5 months and I have call maintenance over 5 times the A/C. And it takes then forever to come and fix things. They do not look at the maintenance request that you put in online. And When you call the office, they have nasty attitudes.
