I’ve been living there 3 months and I’ve caught 8 rats since now I’m moving because I’m over it !! My heater don’t work been calling them to fix it they can and it still wasn’t right !! The parking is a mess you have to park your car on the curb after 9pm .. The ladies and the guy in the office is very rude !! The apartments has rat traps with dead rats on it outside the apartments .. it’s noisy it’s nasty I DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!
It dirty every where not hot water all the time , people put trash everywhere! It bad management at this apartment.
I’ve been living here for 3 years and everything had been good. It’s a great place where people can find everything near here stores, supermarkets, restaurants .....
PARKING.There is never enough parking for the number of residents.If you park anywhere aside from the exact spaces ( of which there are not enough) your car will be instantly towed. many residents say that management is working with the towing co.Desperate residents or visitors are forced to park their cars in many ways that are not safe for the car around.My guests and I have been towed five times total!!!after that they rather pay a valet parking by the bars in front of the complex than taking the risk to be towed ( 5$ VS 225$). LAUNDRY.one laundry room .always full on week ends.more than a half of the washing machines are not working properly, dryers as well..Count 4 to 5 hours doing laundry for 3 to 5$ wasted in a machine that does not work.Of course there is no warning signs!COMPUTER LAB.two computers. only one is working and you can use it for 30 min maximum.Printing 1$ /page, scanning impossible. option free is copying .Bring your own paper.FITNESS .6 machines.2 are working. POOL.THE RULES ARE NOT RESPECTED. fully dressed people in the water ( jeans,tee shirt, socks)...I let you imagine how disgusting is the water ! dirty as I never seen before ( food,beers and soda's cans...).LANDSCAPES .Very poorly maintained!.there are fecal matters left by resident's everywhere trash .UNITS.units are ancient and not maintained properly.They allow more people in unit than they are supposed to which explain the lack of parking lots. When there is heavy rains the complex is flooded. Expect water in your apartment if 1st floor. PESTS.bugs, bed bugs, fleas, roaches...are everywhere in the unit! Even if you clean your place every single day you will still experiencing roaches.MANAGEMENT STAFF.Once you ' ll sign your lease u ll meet unfriendly staff. Unprofessional. Meeting the manager is complicated unless you have a lot of time. HOWEVER I heard by my friend who still there that the management has changed few times ago and it appears to him that they are more willing to improve the living conditions of their residents.MAINTENANCE STAFF.good customer service. They try to help you and it is very pleasant to deal with them. When I was there I used to think that they were not correctly notified by the office about services requested. which explained the delay to respond Here the big plus of that place. - southwest Freeway at 2 min -public transportations at 2 min -short distance to Galleria, downtown and midtown -bars and restaurants on Richmond -on site store
This is near the top of my list of worst places I've lived. Management charges fees on top of fees and then, the Laundry area is alway not working, it just eats money. Me and my friends have had our cars towed in visitors parking and while having a parking permit. Maintained took a month to fix my air in the hottest summer on record. And dont get me started on the pest. We had to handle the rat problem ourselves. This is the worst.
Ok my father lives in these apartments and he has already went through 3 cars in one year. They continually steal cars there. And management doesnt do anything about it. He has a roach infestation like roaches every where!! There is no rules in the pool area people decide to bring in glass and drink beer and eventually they break the bottles and thats a safety hazard since people are walking bear footed specially kids. And when it rains the complex floods really bad! Im currently searching for a new place for him to move to since he works through out the day.
Well there is many good things about this apt. My apt has been up gated on everything and is nice and clean. The landscaping is beautiful and cleaned daily. On property convenience store so handy. Laundry room is cheaper than most places. Two great pools And weight room is small but nice. Always quite which is nice. And the manager is great to get to any issues you might have.
I have lived here for more than 9 yrs and i absolutely love it ! you get a good residence for great value! its close to many restaurants and bars and also really close to the galleria are what more can you ask for! It has a Beautiful pool that i absolutely love to tan at and is within walking reach to fast food restaurants and bars!
Cockroaches!!!!! The structure of my building is falling apart and they haven't been out too look at it, its been 6 months, my patio is about to collapse. It is also very unsafe, lots of break-ins, my neighbor got held at gunpoint. If you need anything fixed it's easier to just move, they will never come. on the slight chance that they do come, its when you're not there and they don't fix what's on the work-order. There is no grass, no parking, they tell you to park on the curb in the fire lane. If it rains hard for 10 minutes you better drive a big truck, because you cant get through the gate. I could go on, but just please don't move here, this is my first apartment and its the worst experience of my life.
