South Montgomery is less than 10 miles away from Downtown Montgomery and spans the area surrounding the Montgomery Regional Airport. Neighborhoods with ranch-style homes and well-manicured lawns fill the land between the airport and the downtown area. Just south of these neighborhoods sits rural land with scenic views and a few unincorporated communities, including Snowdoun, Hope Hull, and Ramer. From apartments and houses in a suburban setting to homes in communities with a small-town feel, the southern portion of Montgomery has something for everyone.

Property Ratings at Townhomes at Montgomery
I am very happy with the newly renovated apartments here and the helpful staff. Great Job!
The new management is very friendly my apartment is very spacious and the rent is good price
THE MANAGER AS OF 03/2020 HAS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE DONT BE FOOLED!!! DO NOT MOVE OUT HERE!!!! Kids in the area and surrounding apartments was caught stealing packages off our porch!!! We have experienced our car being broken into! We caught a guy pulling on door handles. Several breakin-s have been reported!!! Mice infestations from several neighbors have also been reported! Also a raccoon was removed out of two units!!! Do Not rent HERE!!!
I've enjoyed the time that I've lived at Serenity. The townhomes are large and easy to get in and out of. There have been a few small issues with my apartment but the staff was friendly and fixed it quickly.
I wouldn't advise anyone with standards to live here. Every other night someone is shot. Maintenance show up when they're bored not when needed. Management changes every two weeks.
When I first moved in, I found trash and cigarette butts littered through the house. Later that same night, I noticed that a large army of roaches appeared out of nowhere. As it turns out, my entire unit is infested with roaches, and management has done a lazy job of handling the situation.
I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy... The management is the worst and lets not talk about the staff... I have been without air in my townhouse for 3 weeks now and it still hasn't been fixed, totally unacceptable and every time I call to report it I'm told ok I will get someone around there to work on it... Can you say angry? What it the point of paying rent on time and you can't get service?
Don't not recommend anyone staying here bad just all bad
I've lived here for a few months now. I have a one bedroom. It's good for the price however these apartments aren't very well insulated. I feel as though my unit wasn't properly renovated as I've seen other units that look way better than mine and i was told that it had just been renovated (doesn't look like it). I'm also not to happy about the noise level every night and morning from my neighbors. Maintenance could move a bit faster. In a nutshell I'm happy with my rent but I can't wait to move and would not mind paying the termination fee for a better and safer environment.
it looks great. my homie live there and he has a one bedroom. it's great but I can imagine how the three bed room look like
I have lived in the community for a few months now, and I am happy to have not encountered any bad experiences thus far. Management is friendly and helpful and appears organized. The community is relatively quiet, but I can hear what goes on outside with ease. And sometimes I am able to hear my neighbor through the walls. The main road of the community desperately needs to be re-paved and the laundry facility is unfortunately subpar. Some of the buildings are homely-looking, but it seems like changes are being made. The inside of my apartment is really nice! Almost certain it's newly renovated. No issues with anything inside so far. I would recommend this community to extremely price-conscious folks who also want to live comfortably-- it's not bad.
I currently reside in this community and absolutely hate it. The apartments look nothing like they are being advertised here. The units are run down and need serious renovations. When it rains water leaks into the apartment. The insulation is horrible not to mention the amount of pot holes and uneven pavement riddling the grounds. Stay away from this place worst decision ever.
I reside in a bedroom townhome. What convinced me to move here was my love of how the apartment is setup. It's alot like a loft. The promotional price of $450 was enticing as well. My fascination quickly died after receiving my first light bill of nearly $300 that continued to increase month by month. Apparently these apartments aren't insulated well, which causes the AC unit to run constantly. Also, coming into the complex you have to proceed with caution due to the uneven pavement sprinkled with pot holes. As far as the residents it's fairly quiet out here. Management thus far has proven to be pretty cooperative and run a tight ship. In a nut shell I don't intend on signing my lease for another year. I'm eagerly awaiting May 2016.
I been living in my apartment for 2 years.. I'm a single mother with 2 kids with disabilities.. I have to save my money to take my kids places cause there no play area out here. It needs some work done to it. But I make do on the budget I have.
