Property Ratings at Serrano Creek Apartments
The apartments are in very bad service, the parking lot is very small, many times there is no where to leave the car, there are reserved parking spaces that you have to pay extra but even if you want one they only tell you that there is not and the worst thing is the staff will attend you very reluctantly and they are pushy and they are not congruent with the job since they usually rotate the staff and none of them helps you solve the problem
If you think of yourself as a loser and trash, this is the place to live. Every morning I go outside the ground is covered in trash! Most of the residents that live here have no respect for themselves nor others or they would take care of where they live. Even though staff have got rid of a lot of people who were drug dealers and drug users there is still a lot of drugs, alcohol, and cursing happening on the premises. It seems that the police are coming onto the premises more than when I moved in a yr. ago. This place is not safe and I would suggest not to go out after dark unless you are with someone or your dog. A lot of things around here are old and broken and it seems like the owners don't have the money to fix this place up. There is very little grass and a lot of mud. Guests have to park at the end of the complex which is unsafe. Plus tenants have to now pay for their own parking. The rules keep changing and then a tenant gets fined or threatened with getting kicked out if they don't adhere to the rules that they put into place without even telling you they exist in the first place. The apartments do have roaches but I do have to say they keep that down to a minimum and staff will spray more than once a month if a tenant sees a roach! The hours are not consistent with what they post. They might sometimes be working on a Saturday but that is unpredictable and there are times I have gone to the office at 4 and they have already gone for the day.
Rent has been raised on me from 625 to 650 to 675 to 730 and now 800 in the past year. Maintenance won't fix anything for me. There is not much grass on the property mostly mud. The pictures they post are all photoshopped. The neighborhood is dangerous. Guns have been discharged on the property. My mail box had been broken into. There is vandalism breakins auto theft rampant open drug and alcohol use. The walls are thin and trash neighbors make it hard to sleep. The police are called out daily if not more. My patio was broken into someone took my electronics and ran out the front door. Avoid this place, roach infested, trash infested. Too many rules that don't make sense. Curfew for all tenants, you may not have people stay over. No unauthorized guests, no loitering. They consider sitting in front of your apartment loitering. The staff are unfriendly they evicted the family of a 21 year old autistic man because he wasn't on their lease.
