My mother has lived there for years. There is a lady who works there who helped her find a home health aid when she broke her hip. She isn’t ready for assisted living. She likes her freedom. She is healed and getting around better now. They are not allowed to smoke in the building. Mom hates smoke so it suits her fine. It’s kind of in the middle of nowhere. We were lucky to find it.

My father recently passed away in his unit the same day they had sprayed for bed bugs AGAIN. He passed away on friday at the age of 67, and was found by another residence on monday who was CPR trained. After my father's death all residence recieved a notice that if they enter into unit whether injury or death of another is suspected they will be charged with criminal charges. When myself and my sister cleaned the unit from top to bottom like we discussed with the manager of that location to get his deposit back to pay toward his funeral, we were told after the fact that it would be wrote out to my deceased father. When I called the Columbus corporate office she told me the same and said this is the law. (It is not it is at their own discretion) I never once raised my voice, however was told by her that our "conversation was over." We lost our father, followed all the rules they asked us to do, we are far from having his funeral paid for, and we have to deal with nasty attitudes from people that do not care about their ederly residence. I was told they are being sued by the previous residence manager.
