Property Ratings at Seton Park
The apartment is a jungle for mice and bedbugs. We have been living in the apartment for over three year. Our lease was renewed automatically despite we told them we there living before the lease expired and now they are forcing us to pay to break the lease or stay in the apartment infected with bedbugs and mice.

We have been dealing with mice in our apartment since November of 2018 with an increasing frequency over the past 2 months. We have submitted numerous request for extermination only for the problem to continually get worst. Upon our last extermination visit, the exterminator pointed out that our foundation beneath our stove is caving in possible due to a decaying foundation, mice infestation in the foundation or a combination of both. This would coincide with the gaps and divots in other areas in the house. Many of these same gaps are visible in the carpet against the wall throughout the house. We have had many events in our house over the past few months that’s has made it extremely uncomfortable to live in that apartment, most notable being a mouse in the crib with our 1 year old daughter. Mice have nested in our couches and the master bed room box spring making it impossible to feel comfortable in our own home.

My Air Conditioner was faulty for good 3 months during the summer and I ask for the main office to fix it for six times in person and three times on the phone and no one showed up to fix it. There was a time I was sleeping in the house and I almost suffocated in the apartment I had to run outside and cash my breath. I remember vividly on a Sunday morning when I stop by at the main office again to complain about AC and the lady that I meet in the office called the Maintenance office and they said they can’t come on Sunday unless it’s 90° outside, that’s when it’s becomes an emergency so they can’t come because it’s not yet an emergency situation. My AC was not fixed until someone broke into my apartment and stole my game system and a pair of my brand new Nike shoe and till today the net that these thieves came through in order to steal my belongings is still not fixed
Seton Park Apartments provides a BEAUTIFUL place that anyone would love to call home. The private entrances to the 2 bedroom units give a townhouse feel. The modern kitchens are great. I've been a happy complaint free resident for 5 years. Perhaps the only thing I love more then my place it's self is the pretty landscaping that they keep up to perfection. The maintenance Team is the best. I love coming home and you will too!
