Do not trust what the front desk says. They will tell you that they have apartments available and sign all the papers just until they tell you it’s not available the week before your move in date. I am in a situation where I was moving from a different state for a new job to only find out the week before my move that I do now have a place to live. After knowing the person still hasn’t moved out a week before my move in date tells me that do not take time to clean and make sure that the apartment is really ready for you. They are not flexible to help you out until that apartment is available. Honestly the place is run down and is to expensive for what you are really getting. I am more glad that this happened because now I don’t have to pay an too expensive price for a place that smelled like weed the day I toured the place. I was only going to live here for a year until I found a actual decent place to live.

Hi Michael, we are very sorry and understand your frustration. The apartment to which you are referring had the current resident extend their move-out date for another month. We offered you another unit to move into but you decided to cancel the move-in with a refund of deposit. Again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience and wish you the best of luck. Generally, things are okay. Only things that docked stars for me were (1) I was given lease violations that I did not violate (I was violated for not picking up after my pet, even though I clearly did). This was resolved, but should not have happened in the first place. (2) You have to provide a notice of vacancy 60 days before you leave the complex. EVEN IF YOUR LEASE IS ENDING. Which honestly makes no sense. You're then financially responsible for paying the 60 days EVEN IF YOUR LEASE HAS ENDED which REALLY makes no sense (because the staff has known the date your lease was ending since the day you first signed it). Just another unfair way for them to make money. Other than that, the staff is nice enough, maintenance is quick to repair things.

I have lived at this apartment for 5 years. Plenty of room and storage for me and my pets. The appliances could use some updating, but overall everything is in good condition. The apartment is nice and quiet, the neighbors are great, ample parking and the office staff and maintenance staff are very responsive to all my needs.

This apartment is the best thing ever. We are so lucky to have found this place. I never thought that it would be so nice to live in an apartment building. Maintenance is so great. Office people are great. Can't wait to see what happens next...Love you Settlers landing...
Settlers Landing is a great place to live because of the surrounding quiet community, highly rated school district, and management takes care of its tenants with out hesitation. Beautiful amenities like the work out room and swimming pool. There is plenty of space in the apartments for everyone to have their own space.
Streetsboro's most desirable Luxury apartments with multiple floor plans to choose from. Swimming pool, new large gym and tanning bed. Multiple community events that everyone is welcome to join. Fun community and a safe, beautiful place to call home!
