Seven is a great place to live. It is relatively soundproof considering it is downtown. The maintenance staff does a great job at keeping the lobby area clean. Yes, the elevators break often which I can tell annoy most residents but that is to be expected in a high rise building. They do make an effort to do events for the residents. I think it would be fun to try and do more interactive events where the residents can get to know each other. Maybe a game night or something? The movie night is cool, I haven't been but I feel like it would be hard to talk and get to know people during the movie.

The location, price, place, amentities, and management are incredible. I'm a little over halfway done with my lease and I am more than likely renewing. A big part of the reason is solely because of Seven's front of house staff/management.

My experience with Seven has been great so far! The staff has been incredibly helpful in answering any questions regarding my lease or the amenities promptly. I do not recommend living here, I moved in two years ago and things were great. We now have reoccurring issues with amenities (Pool Closures, Broken Gym Equipment , Elevator issues, etc) As rent increases every year yet management cant respond to an email or take care of there residents. This is a disaster.

WARNING, DON'T MOVE HERE!! I've held my tongue long enough! I'm giving SEVEN one star because thats how many elevators typically work here. Since I've moved in 9 months ago, the problems with this property just continue to stack up. I would guess of those 9 months, we've had one working elevator for half of them and the other half management has effectively told us to deal with it. Ironically, after having conversations in our one working elevator with other residents, it sounds like I don't have it anywhere near the worst! There is a lot more that I could go into, but the long and the short of it is don't live here.

I was forced to move out early because half the building flooded due to faulty sprinkler systems. Be sure to get good renters insurance in case all your stuff gets ruined like mine. Would not recommend this place as it was built very poorly.

Due to unforeseen circumstances with flooding, many of our Residents were asked to seek out other housing on short notice, and we understand how frustrating the situation was. We can assure you that is not the experience we strive to provide to our Residents, and unfortunately had a limited number of open apartment homes to extend to Residents who were impacted by the flooding. The instance you are referencing occurred roughly a year ago in 2022, and since we have proactively taken crucial steps to remedy any plumbing issues that could result in this outcome in the future. The building has flooded multiple times causing catastrophic damage and leaving residents without homes. The elevators are constantly breaking, with people inside. Management doesn’t treat you like a human.

I have lived at Seven for about two years now and it has only gone downhill since the day we signed our lease. The building recently had a MAJOR flood that comprised a majority of units, forcing many residents to vacate as their apartments are no longer deemed livable. Fortunately we were not directly affected by the water, but now must live through the demo and construction of them tearing out and replacing everything (oh by the way this is after they increased our rent… so we are now paying MORE to live in a construction zone and unfinished building). Not only do we have sawing, hammering and demolition noise all hours of the day now, as well as half finished hallways torn down to the studs, but we also had an incident where a worker tried to enter our unit unannounced and for no reason (again our unit specifically did not require construction so they did not need to be entering - we were lucky our door was locked and someone was home). Seven has been less than accommodating during this experience offering CURRENT residents no rent deduction BUT offering NEW residents money off if they sign today!! How convenient!! This is only a short blurb aboout all things terrible at Seven - but I highly warn against this building and especially its management!! Terrible people that rip you off and don’t care about current residents or their living situation , they’re only here to sign new people and make more money. Avoid at all costs!!

Seven Apartments is in a great location. The amenities and floorplans are great. As a downtown high-rise there is some music at night but that is expected. The Staff is friendly and helpful.

SEVEN is an amazing place to live. It's great to be downtown and such a short walk away from bars, restaurants, running trails, Zilker Park, and Town lake. The staff is amazing, the dogs are plentiful, and the apartments (and views) are gorgeous. 10/10

Seven is quite possibly the apartment building with the best location in all of Austin. It has easy access to trails, restaurants, bars, everything downtown. The apartments themselves are well-designed and finished and very livable long term.

I would not recommend living at SEVEN. It is like living in a college dorm except way more expensive.

The neighbor has their living room adjacent to our bedroom. We have filed several noise complaints (during quiet hours) and multiple Greystar employees have confirmed the noise violations. However, nothing has been done to remedy the issue and the neighbors continue to play loud bass heavy music through the late hours of the evening. Management has not done anything to solve the problem. We will be sure to exclude Seven when friends and colleagues ask for recommendation regarding downtown apartments. TLDR: If you want the walls of your apartment shaking from the bass of your neighbor when you are trying to sleep, sign a lease here. Management will not do anything about tenants who constantly cause disruptions.

After two weeks of living here, I am very happy that I made the decision to live at Seven. The office and concierge staff are extremely helpful in addressing any questions or concerns. The location is top-notch and the property offers some of the best views of downtown Austin.

Hello, Thank you for the feedback and I'm sorry to hear about the construction noise effecting your day-to-day experience. As the city continues to grow it seems that there is new development on every corner - Austin is slated for 37 towers to be in development by the end of 2020 with more to follow. Although this is a growing pain for the downtown market, it is going to look great when it's all done, and Austin will be a city that tops the charts. We have had meetings with the development company and they have agreed to start working at at 7am vs. the 6am start time that the city allows. About to renew for my fourth year.... so that says something.
I have throuoghly enjoyed my experience living a SEVEN so far. Building is very clean, offers a lot of on-site amenities, has great interior unit finishes. Location is fantastic as well. Top-Notch customer service from management and maintenance teams.

SEVEN has been wonderful to work with from the early stages of the apartment search to the actual days of living here. Concierge and rental staff could not be nicer and the complex is very well kept with beautiful views. Very happy so far
My family and I absolutely love living at Seven! The views are breathtaking and the staff and residents are so friendly and welcoming. You are guaranteed to be greeted with a smile and nice hello every time you walk through the door. The pool is the perfect place to hangout on a sunny day and the weight room has everything you need to get in a great workout. I would recommend the Seven to everyone looking to live downtown! It's hard to leave NYC, but sometimes you need to go on an adventure. The only way to do it in TX is to be in the heart of Austin and get exactly what you want - a breathtaking view, a pool, a gym, close to 6th street, close to the lake, walking distance to the most fun bars and restaurants and be able to walk to work. 7 Checks for SEVEN - I'll stay as long as they'll have me!

Having lived here a short period of time, I must say that the staff ensured my initial move-in experience was nothing short of exceptional despite a minor hiccup. I commend them on their dedication to 100 percent meet the needs of the residents. They are true professionals.
If you are looking for a spot with the most expansive view of the Austin skyline then this is the place for you! It is a awesome location and everybody who works here is so nice and helpful. Would recommend the seven to any of my family or friends
Amazing apartments. Lovely pool (only gets busy on Saturdays). Friendly staff. My favorite place I've lived by far.
We recently moved into the Seven Apartments in Downtown Austin, Texas and we absolutely love it! From the minute we took our tour until now, the Staff there have been top notch. They address all issues quickly and efficiently. Our one bedroom/one bath is not large but with the high ceilings and windows, it is just perfect.
