Move in process was very smooth. Office staff were very nice and Accommodating when we needed to move in within a couple days. Enjoying our apartment. Very quiet. Dog park was clean.

Every one is nice in the office and the matnice guys are nice also . This place is nice don't want to leave . This place is wonderful to live.

The neighborhood is very calm and there is not a lot of noise in the amenities are really nice and clean and I would recommend anyone to live here

I absolutely love living here! My apartment truly feels like home. We are very happy with our choice of living here. The community is very well kept and we love the location.

I have no complaints so far except for parking. Most residents have more than o e car and finding uncovered parking when you work late is such a hassle. There are literally cars parked outside the gate and uncovered spots available. I feel like that's the on thing that make for a bad experience

I had such an amazing experience touring this community. Melissa was so fantastic that I went home that night and applied to live here! So excited to be a member of this community :)

I was in the room while she was helping my mother and she was really nice and gave me a safe feeling almost like i was meant to be there

The staff was super helpful during our move to Arizona. We moved from Texas to Arizona and they made the transition very smooth. We are absolutely in love with the property!

love the location of the apartment complex! so close to almost everything including grocery stores and gas stations! the property is kept very clean and well maintained!

So far it is very good never thought it was going to be the amazing living at the seven I will be letting some of my friends know about this place it’s very good and has amazing prices

I have had nothing but good vibes since moving in. Everywhere I turn there is a sign telling me that i picked the right place. Love my apartment and location. The staff here is also wonderful! Melissa was so helpful!

So far it has been an amazing experience. Absolutely loved and excited for the new apartment and it’s wonderful community can’t wait to learn more and get involved!

No parking, amenities constantly don't work for long periods of time. Leasing office rarely answers phone. Slow responses for any concerns and maintenance issues

Grounds aren’t kept as well as they used to be, there will be no bags and people will just let their dogs poop everywhere. There are breeds that shouldn’t be here I have to walk around the opposite way due to people that have dogs that are unfriendly and they can’t control .

The apartment itself is very pretty and the community is gorgeous. Unfortunately there’s issues with the gate and the key fobs don’t work that well. The parking space is a bit farther than we’d like but not too inconvenient. The apartment doesn’t have a whole lot of storage for things like extra bags or just bins. We do feel the apartment is a bit overpriced and understanding the payments are a bit messy. We were advised to pay the rent a few days prior but then the taxes and utilities don’t hit till the 1st of the month so we have to go back in and pay the utilities separately

Lantha is incredible and working so hard to make changes...which are happening. She is kind, compassionate, a great listener, honest and committed to her job. She's making changes faster than anybody else could. She's a gem!!!!

Some people here are rude, there’s always fighting with parking, people not picking up after their dogs, nosy people that like to look or be in peoples business

It's been amazing here. The assistant manager, Leah, is really nice and it is very clean as well. Maintenance is always working hard and they do a good job.

So far super nice staff, especially Leah and the community is nice, clean and lovely residents! I recommend this as a place to spend a bit of time as it is also relatively affordable

The seven apartment complex is really nice and has a lot of amenities, and the pool is really big and the people in the office are very nice and helpful.

Living in this apartment has been an absolute pleasure. The layout is thoughtfully designed, creating a comfortable and welcoming space that feels like home. The kitchen, with its modern appliances and ample storage, makes cooking enjoyable and efficient. The building itself is impeccably maintained, and the amenities are excellent. The gym is well-equipped, and the common areas are always clean and inviting. What really sets this place apart is the outstanding management and maintenance team. They are always responsive, professional, and go out of their way to ensure that everything is taken care of promptly. While the area around the building is quiet and peaceful, the sense of community within the building is what truly makes it special. Neighbors are friendly, and the staff is always warm and helpful, making it a comfortable and safe place to live.

Leah was amazing throughout my move in process and even after. She’s very attentive and responds fast. She definitely was our selling point to move into Seven.

The staff is great, they listen to my needs and wants and accommodate as best as they can. My apartment is coming along and looking great. Neighborhood is nice

love these apartments and enjoy all the amenities and the size of each apartment. I also love the pool and gym they have here and everyone is really nice

Gates and jacuzzi have never worked the entire time I’ve resided here other than that. No issues with management, cleanish amenities, not the best parking since most spots are covered and each apartment gets 1 covered spot leaving no uncovered spots for all who have roommates that need a second or third spot

It had been good, this is my 3rd year here and I haven't had any major problems. Overall a good place to live. Would recommend. Thank you!!!

I like living here. The place is quiet and everyone is very friendly. I like security for me and my family. without a doubt I will be living here for a long time

Well maintained, spacious apartment in a great location

Glad to be moved in. Minor issues were the master bath sink had a leak and no smoke detectors placed in the unit prior to the move. These issues were handled quickly by maintenance.

I would not recommend living at Seven Apartments. For the price to live here, the parking spaces are far from the building that you live in, the grounds can be kept a little better (as far as trash), maintenance took over a week to come and fixed what I asked for at move in and there is no grace period for rent. I was not aware of that at move-in.

Peaceful place, good amenities and neighborhood. Near to highway and many stores.

Managers are friendly folks and the apartment layouts are nice. But parking is terrible - no guest parking and not enough parking for residents. Don't expect to use the clubhouse, because it is locked up and entirely unavailable for any use after 5pm on weekends and 6pm on weeknights. Location is nice, right off the 101 and near everything you need.

Seven Apartments is a great place to call home. Very clean and quiet.

The Seven community is very nice. Love the pool/jacuzzi area. Gym could be more clean and improve. Also more parking could be provided. Other than that maintenance gets things done in a timely manner. Staff is very helpful and kind when I approach them with concerns or questions. And the painting/renovations to come are very nice as well.

I've lived at Seven for almost four years and just renewed my lease for a fifth. Obviously, I'm very happy here. The apartments are great and so is the staff.

Seven apartment has a unique floor plan that take living in apartment to the next level. The complex is close to all highways and close to groceries. It is pet friendly which means lots of dog poops And I hope management work on that.

The apartment flows well in its open concept. The community is beautiful and it holds a resort style living. We are close to all major freeways; nothing is far!

Horrible place!! Dont even think to move here ! Nothing like it used tho be in the past !

This is an excellent community for young professional people who want to live in a quality, high-end apartment complex. The units are well laid out, include state-of-the-art amenities such as USB ports, and plenty of room. I've lived in a number of apartment complexes in my life, and this is by far the best.

Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Poor management, packages stolen, noise 24/7. Cant wait to leave this place regret signing a 15 month lease.

I love living here. This truly is home. No need to look any further if you have stumbled onto this property. You get great help from the application process and you stay here. Wonderful management and impeccable maintenance staff. Everyone in this community is nice and respects the clean and amazing nature of the environment. It truly feels like a community here

I've lived at Seven Apartments for almost three years. I enjoy the community, especially the apartments, which are much nicer and better laid out than properties at similar price points. All-in-all, it's a great place to live.

Place is very nice pool, exercise. It may not be cleaned and the stairwell is filthy but love the space and location.

Love the pet friendly community ,has a very welcoming atmosphere.
