We have lived here for years now and have nothing bad to say. Management is great, they do a good job with keeping the upkeep of the property , the neighborhood is walkable what more can I say.. It’s great!
I love this place, couldn't find a better apartment complex and office team in the PDX area. The staff was more than helpful, with follow ups along the way, as well making ever step as easy and welcoming as possible.
I love the way everything is so convenient the staff is awesome I've talked to a lot of cool people here the pools hot tub grills is all perfect
It's been wonderful so far! My family has enjoyed ourselves thoroughly while living here. We enjoy the hot tub as well as the gyms. It's been great!
I have lived here for a little over a month now. I am enjoying the community and amenities and the maintenance has been very responsive in my needs. My only complaints so far are parking and when it rains it dumps all over my patio. With the amount of residents and multiple cars it makes it hard to find a convenient space especially if you are hauling groceries in.
We enjoy living here, it’s a convenient location near everything. I like that we can walk to many places including great walking trails. Management is great too
I love living here, the people who work the office and the maintenance crew are incredible to work with. When I had to be relocated due to an emergency they were right on the spot making it a hassle free move.

Great area, close to lots of shops and town also very convenient to the highway. They keep the outside maintained and looking good! Not too noisy.
Seven west off the trails is a peaceful place on a great location. I like that it has 2 pools and 2 gym. Also hot tub all year long. I will recommend this place.
Amazing maintenance people and accommodating staff. The community is really clean compared to other apartments that we have tried to look at. The people in the community is also nice. There's one maintenance guy named Josh who handles the fixing very quick and very efficient actually
Very responsive team, a very clean and safe environment which makes living alone a lot easier. The complex is close to many grocery stores and trails and restaurants which I love.
We've been residing at this location for going on 4 years now, and really love the office personnel and the maintenance personnel, the location fits are need perfectly.
Seven West at the Trails is more like a home than an apartment. The staff is always courteous and competent from the office staff to the maintenance team. It is truly an honor to be here as a resident. The apartment floor plan is amazing and the on site private dog park put it over the top. I highly recommend it if you are looking for an apartment in the area.
Apartments are close to everything. The pools are great. Hot tub is nice, however it seems its always broken anymore. Parking sucks still. And the crime and police activity is up. Have to make sure to lock your car a bunch of times before walking away or u may end up having people go through your car and steal stuff.
I love the community here! Great area and super close to alot of stores. My 2x2 apartment is large and very spacious. The amenities are nice and they recently updated the clubhouse. We love taking walks on the trail thats right next to the complex. It's a nice area to live in.
Seven West is a great place to live. There are so many convenient places nearby and the property is beautiful and well kept, and the staff both office and maintenance are professional and kind!
People are friendly and there are lots of dogs which are really great.
I enjoy the walking path to excerise going to be getting up bright and early to get in shape, can't wait to use the workout room my goals are losing some inches
Lived here for about 3 years now. Pools are great, they even extended the pool availability by a week this summer. Love all of the fun events they hold. They raffle off lots of prizes and my husband and I always win somthing. (Pool party was my favorite). Great customer service from the office. They allowed my family and I to play card games in the lobby when my apartment was too hot on a warm day. They are very good at enforcing rules about smoking on the premises and keeping dogs on leashes.
This is a beautiful and well maintained community that is close to everything including nature trails, food and shopping. The management and maintenance team are top notch. Highly recommended!
We've been very pleased with our living experience here. The staff is always so courteous and helpful. We appreciate how clean and well maintained the property is. If we ever have an issue it is always treated with respect and assured it will be taken care of and is.
The community is big and beautiful. Neighbors are awesome! The playground could be updated though, and maybe a couple more shared trash/recycling areas.
Seven West are amazing luxurious Apartments we love calling home! From the units to the amenities and landscape there’s is total comfort in living here, our apartments are always clean our landscape is always beautiful we have staff and maintenance that treats us like at home professional and with respect and quickly assesses any issues we may come across which is very important to feel important. We have an amazing package room , 2 pool and a hot tub, a doggy park, we have 2 gyms, stores, trails, ponds, and so much parking it’s definitely worth moving here and experiencing a beautiful life, Thank you Seven West !
We love living here at SevenWest.. The location is prime and the management and maintenance is superior. I would recommend living here to anyone looking for an apartment
Our time here at 7-West(2 yrs) has been well received. The team of workers, contractors who updates and maintains the complex does a wonderful job. The bldg.'s and grounds are very well maintained. Landscaping is always kept fresh. The pools, sauna and work out areas are clean and a pleasure to use. It feels like living at a resort, at times. Hospitality & local promoted functions are great for the residence here. For those looking for a place to call home for any extended period of time, 7-West @ the Trails would be the location, site specific area, we recommend.
This is a very good place to live. The office staff is very attentive and great with communication. I am very happy here.
I enjoy living here. It's peaceful during the day. As long as the costs don't sky rocket I will try to continue to live here.
Have lived here a little over 3 years. The reason is the staff here. They all are nice and have always treated us very well, the maintenance staff are also very nice and fix things in a timely manner. Hope to sign a new lease when this one is up

I've lived in my apartment for about 10 years. It's gone through a lot of management changes over that time but has been consistent the last few years. I love the location because it's very central to where I need to go and there is everything I need within walking distance. I have pets and it's very pet friendly with lots of areas to walk and walk to. I have had some really horrible neighbors over the years and a few really great ones. Overall, people are pretty friendly. The times that there were really significant issues with neighbors were all addressed appropriately and timely which was appreciated. I would like to move simply because I'd like a house, but otherwise it's a good community to live in.
I love how everything is so convenient to get to and how everything is being kept up friendly staff and nice pool and I'll keep my place as long as I can
Apartment is affordable and nicely updated. Neighbors are kind and respectful. Staff is helpful and quick to respond to any needs regarding maintenance.
So far so good. Wife and I just moved into our apartment and the state all together. The community looks great and the neighbors are friendly. However, we'd hope the apartment was cleaner when we moved in plus there's paint splatter all over the floors?
Management and Maintenance are 5 Star here. I would recommend living here, we are close to everything and the community is properly maintained.

Close to lots of places nearby. Pools are great. Hot tub can be nice, when it's working. Paarking is still a pain, people still park in my paid spot and the guy next to us parks like a jerk.
Seven West is a great place super convenient location. I love the trails nearby and the office and maintenance staff are super nice and attentive.

The location is wonderful here at Seven West! That's probably my favorite part besides the apartment itself. I love how big and spacious my apartment is and that its surrounded by greenery. I've been here for about 7 years and always loved it here.
