Nice neighborhood with grocery stores, restaurants, and other amenities within walking distance, including an AMC theatre. Move-in process was fairly easy and the staff was super helpful.

Really noce location, close to the trail and walking distance to alot of places. Parking still isn't great, but its getting better. Staff in the office has been helpful lately.

Great complex, communication with staff is easy!! Maintenance is usually pretty fast and efficient. Noise levels are not too loud. Close to lots of stuff and great walking trails.

I have lived here for a little over a month now. I am enjoying the community and amenities and the maintenance has been very responsive in my needs. My only complaints so far are parking and when it rains it dumps all over my patio. With the amount of residents and multiple cars it makes it hard to find a convenient space especially if you are hauling groceries in.

Seven west off the trails is a peaceful place on a great location. I like that it has 2 pools and 2 gym. Also hot tub all year long. I will recommend this place.

Amazing maintenance people and accommodating staff. The community is really clean compared to other apartments that we have tried to look at. The people in the community is also nice. There's one maintenance guy named Josh who handles the fixing very quick and very efficient actually

Seven West at the Trails is more like a home than an apartment. The staff is always courteous and competent from the office staff to the maintenance team. It is truly an honor to be here as a resident. The apartment floor plan is amazing and the on site private dog park put it over the top. I highly recommend it if you are looking for an apartment in the area.

Apartments are close to everything. The pools are great. Hot tub is nice, however it seems its always broken anymore. Parking sucks still. And the crime and police activity is up. Have to make sure to lock your car a bunch of times before walking away or u may end up having people go through your car and steal stuff.

I love the community here! Great area and super close to alot of stores. My 2x2 apartment is large and very spacious. The amenities are nice and they recently updated the clubhouse. We love taking walks on the trail thats right next to the complex. It's a nice area to live in.

Lived here for about 3 years now. Pools are great, they even extended the pool availability by a week this summer. Love all of the fun events they hold. They raffle off lots of prizes and my husband and I always win somthing. (Pool party was my favorite). Great customer service from the office. They allowed my family and I to play card games in the lobby when my apartment was too hot on a warm day. They are very good at enforcing rules about smoking on the premises and keeping dogs on leashes.

The community is big and beautiful. Neighbors are awesome! The playground could be updated though, and maybe a couple more shared trash/recycling areas.

Seven West are amazing luxurious Apartments we love calling home! From the units to the amenities and landscape there’s is total comfort in living here, our apartments are always clean our landscape is always beautiful we have staff and maintenance that treats us like at home professional and with respect and quickly assesses any issues we may come across which is very important to feel important. We have an amazing package room , 2 pool and a hot tub, a doggy park, we have 2 gyms, stores, trails, ponds, and so much parking it’s definitely worth moving here and experiencing a beautiful life, Thank you Seven West !

Our time here at 7-West(2 yrs) has been well received. The team of workers, contractors who updates and maintains the complex does a wonderful job. The bldg.'s and grounds are very well maintained. Landscaping is always kept fresh. The pools, sauna and work out areas are clean and a pleasure to use. It feels like living at a resort, at times. Hospitality & local promoted functions are great for the residence here. For those looking for a place to call home for any extended period of time, 7-West @ the Trails would be the location, site specific area, we recommend.

Have lived here a little over 3 years. The reason is the staff here. They all are nice and have always treated us very well, the maintenance staff are also very nice and fix things in a timely manner. Hope to sign a new lease when this one is up

I've lived in my apartment for about 10 years. It's gone through a lot of management changes over that time but has been consistent the last few years. I love the location because it's very central to where I need to go and there is everything I need within walking distance. I have pets and it's very pet friendly with lots of areas to walk and walk to. I have had some really horrible neighbors over the years and a few really great ones. Overall, people are pretty friendly. The times that there were really significant issues with neighbors were all addressed appropriately and timely which was appreciated. I would like to move simply because I'd like a house, but otherwise it's a good community to live in.
