We love the peace and quiet while being surrounded by nature and near the beach. The amenities are wonderful and I appreciate the nonsmoking policy. Dixie and Francisco are helpful and make us feel welcome.

Dixie and Francisco are an excellent team and work hard to manage the property, grounds and people. Francisco always comes prepared to solve a maintenance issue. He rarely is defeated by mechanics in a 30 plus year old property! As he fixes the item, he makes sure we are all set and always asks if we need anything else. That's superior customer service! Dixie always greets Tennants with a smile! It makes living here very pleasant.

This apartment community is to die for. Besides its fantastic location in a grove of Monterey pines a short walk from the beautiful Pacific coast, it is a smaller, peaceful apartment complex that is well-maintained and cared for. You really have everything you need and more! Apartments each have wood burning fireplaces and the amenities include a fitness center, pool and hot tub. Staff members Dixie and Francisco were so helpful in getting me set up and always promptly took care of any concerns. You can tell they like their jobs. This is a great place to live. You won’t regret your choice.

My roommate and I are attending a Masters program nearby and found these apartments ideal for our living situation. With two bathrooms and bedrooms about the same size, we each have our own private spaces and the common area is large enough to share too. Shout out to Francisco for fixing things almost as soon as we put a work order in!

These apartments are beautiful! My partner and I were looking for an apartment and Dixie went above and beyond for us! She was incredibly sweet and professional and got back to us quickly. If you’re looking for an amazing apartment with a great manager, you found your place! Highly recommend.

I have lived here for several years now and love it. The property is beautiful and incredibly well maintained. Francisco and Dixie are amazing and are cornerstones of part of what makes living here a little slice of heaven. Francisco has helped with several service requests and is always prompt, professional, and kind. Dixie is always very responsive to any rental questions or concerns. The area is quiet and the neighborhood is lovely to walk around. My family and I are very happy we chose to relocate to Pacific Grove and made Seventeen Mile Drive our home.

Its always stressful conducting a military PCS move and looking for the right place in a new area. 17 Mile Drive Village was the best choice I came across and made my entire 18 month stay in Monterey very worthwhile. Dixie and Francisco are the staff responsible for the community and they are both genuinely great human beings and dedicated to making your stay here very enjoyable. I have nothing but great things to say about them and how they manage the community. The apartments themselves are very nice and modern, any issues that came up were quickly handled by Dixie and Francisco. One of the best parts about the community is its close proximity to Asilomar Beach making a walk along the beach a daily routine. The apartments itself, the park like property, and amazing location set this place above the rest. But it’s the care and attention of the staff that make it the absolute best. Francisco, who does all the maintenance, takes care of us all like family. It doesn’t matter if it’s a simple lightbulb needing replacing, a dishwasher gone crazy, or an unexpected leak, he treats every request with the utmost importance and is somehow able to fix absolutely everything no matter how technical. He makes you feel that your issues are his and he works until your home is whole again. Living here has been so enjoyable and easy, I can’t imagine being anywhere else!

As a new resident, I highly recommend this apartment community. The apartments are nicely updated and spacious. Having my own washer and dryer is a huge convenience. Location is great too.

Dixie (property manager) was great to work with - very nice, honest, organized, good communicator. The community is beautiful. The apartments are clean and very functional.

I stayed at this beautiful apartment for 4 years. My stay was absolutely wonderful not because of its location near the spectacular Asilomar beach, but because of the maintenance personnel, Francisco. He was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, reliable and accountable. 17 Mile Drive Village is lucky to have him!
