Been here over 2 years and they have entered the units over 8 times for random reasons. If you value privacy at all this is one that I would avoid. The new management staff is okay but too intrusive. Better places for the same price around the valley look at those instead.
I would not suggest moving here this property was bought by Trinity management a few years ago and they have employed liars an thieves since then. It's sad you should not have to fight with your management office or have them lie and steal money from you. If your looking to live here look at the other apartments in the area the employees are not to be trusted and will steal anything they can from you. The biggest draw here is that you can not trust the staff they are rude and liars.

The new mgmt. company has taken over and painted the place however the new manger is rude and unfriendly. Not a people person and does NOT respect the tenants at ALL! The maintenance person is the best asset to the property Mark, prolly why they kept him around. The apartments are nice inside for what you pay for that area is nice. Just the manager please don't try talking to her about anything, can't cover her with paint with that attitude.
The apartment you get will look NOTHING like the model. These are ancient apartments with very poor, if any insulation, and your summer electric bill (kept at 82 degrees) will be over $300.00. The pools are in very bad repair, and closed an average of 1/2 of the usable season. There is no gating or security there, and drug users/dealers come and go unchecked. There have been numerous police calls over the years, and even drug related deaths. For the money they want for that old dump, you can get MUCH better, in better areas.
