I've been a renter my entire adult life, and I can confidently say that Katie Cochran is the best property manager I have ever had. I’ve lived at Seventh Place Apartments for two years, and my experience has been outstanding. Katie’s background as a caregiver truly shines through in her work. She genuinely cares about the residents, going above and beyond to ensure the building is well-maintained, safe, and welcoming. She is always responsive, professional, and kind—handling any concerns quickly and efficiently. The location is great, and the rent is very affordable, making this a fantastic place to live. It’s rare to find a property manager who combines expertise with such a personal touch, but Katie does it effortlessly.
