Property Ratings at Seventy 50
The units have awesome space and a great layout. When it comes to maintenance, issues are fixed correctly as quickly as possible within the week. My main and only issue is this place is not for the younger crowd. If you enjoy having company over, like your volume up on your music or tv, or naturally walk heavy, this might not work in your favor. You can hear even allow noises clearly. If you expect this from an apartment, as long as it’s nothing reckless, then you’ll be great. If you assume that your surroundings will be quiet even though you’re not renting a private home or townhome, then you will be disappointed. Last, if you like company over, there is not a lot of visitor parking once your fellow tenants park for the night. Other than these two small things, these units are great and management is awesome!!!!!
Do not rent here, they enter your apartment while your gone and steal your belongings. The manager brings her kids to work ( new manager) there have been 6 managers in 9 months, that all have access to your personal information, I e had my identity stolen about the same time they showed up. Forget about getting repairs fixed unless you want to wait 4-6 months! Horrible place to live , don't believe me drive by ... Out of 50 units there must be about 14 vacant! And mire moving out daily!
I can not wait for my lease to be up!!! It's been problem after problem from the first month I have moved in. From my ac unit going out, to the toilet constantly running and leaking all over the apartment, to the disposal and dishwasher falling apart and the cherry on the top... My second bedroom ceiling has been leaking water constantly soaking the carpets and causing cracks and a huge hole along the doorway of the room and back wall which they have still yet to do anything about! I wouldn't even wish living here on my worst enemies.

We have found a great 2 bedroom that we are enjoying. We are close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The area is a great place to live
We are in the middle of new management. Previously, I wouldnt reccomend this apartment. The manager was lazy with approving repairs. The rent was decent, but the new management wants to boost it $200. Also they tow for every little thing.
