Exceptional Character and Exceptional Care....
You'd have to go to the Upper West Side in Manhattan to find an apartment with details like these: high ceilings, abundant moulding, polished hardwood floors, classic french doors facing out, great closet space, large working fireplaces and updated kitchens. Add to that an easily accessible and talented maintenance person who's on top of any need in about 8 minutes....and that could be fixing a toilet or putting together the piece of exercise equipment that just arrived. And did I mention giant backyard parking and a personal garage space at no extra cost? This private class act is literally 2 blocks from a shopping plaza that includes a major supermarket, LA Fitness, a Vitamin Shoppe, a cleaners, nail salon, pet supply and craft stores as well as at least 6 different restaurants. Sevilla Court has been a hidden treasure of urban class with suburban comforts--walking distance from Philadelphia..and a heartbeat from Manhattan.

Best Apartment I have ever had
This is the first time I didn't have to give up something because of course we know you can't have it all. But not true. My apartment has everything I could ever want -2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, huge kitchen, washer and dryer, fireplace, central a/c and terrace. Rooms are great size and there are lots of closets as well as garage for my car. And pets are fine!!
