Seville Apartments is conveniently located immediately adjacent to the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater campus. Our four two-story buildings contain a mix of one and two bedroom units; as well as several efficiency units and patio apartments. We offer various floor plans, and have apartments designs, so as to meet almost any housing need. We have an on premises staff person to respond to your maintenance needs. Our buildings include ample individual storage areas and coin and electronic pay operated washers and dryers.

Property Ratings at Seville Apartments
I highly recommend renting these apartments. Our apartment was clean upon move in and the landlord was very wonderful to work with. He answered texts and requests in a timely manner and went above and beyond to help! This was a great place to live while we were in whitewater. Great location as well close to campus, the athletic fields and disc golf course.
I lived there for one year and the landlord was absolutely horrible. Management was completely incompetent. Upon moving into the unit, the landlord was in the process of doing the move out inspection for the last tenants. We had to move in around him pulling the ceiling out of the bathroom because of a build up of water damage, after which he never put the ceiling back in, resulting in us having no bathroom ceiling the entire year. The rest of the bathroom was moldy and disgusting, and in the kitchen there was more mold and food crumbs everywhere. There were also oil stains in the carpet in the bedroom that was never cleaned. We filled out work orders many times but the landlord never fixed any of it. On top of that, he refused to replace our mailbox key for 9 months after last tenants kept the key. The post office told me repeatedly that it was his responsibility to request the new key, but it took the landlord 9 months to do so, resulting in our mail not getting delivered. DO NOT BOTHER RENTING HERE.

We do not promote leaving maintenance items unfulfilled prior to renting nor do we want residents to have a negative experience. Nice place but the service to residents is terrible. Anytime we had a problem within the building, management would never respond. Management is never there on scheduled days that are posted, but only shows at the end of the month to collect the rent money. When he is there it is never long, always seems to be in a rush to leave and never seems interested in helping residents with their problems. Currently trying get my apartment subleased, but can never finish the process because management never responds, or takes any action on their part of the process. Potential residents have lost interest due to lack of communication of management. The times that we did just so happen to catch him, it was always bad news. For example, "I never got their application", "there was an error in the application process", "tell them to call me", and "I will check on it later when I have time". They seem to never have the time or communication skill to reply to piled up voicemails and phone calls. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, ESPECIALLY COLLEGE STUDENTS.
Apartments are fine but no one ever answers the phones, office or emergency maintenance. They don't take care of the lots, sidewalks, or basements. They don't regulate parking, causing too many cars to be in one lot. They don't salt lots or sidewalks during freezing rain advisories. They don't cash rent within a reasonable time. Would not suggest renting to a friend.

We also have automatic withdrawal and Credit Card payment options to allow for immediate withdrawal from Residents accounts. Thank you for your email and I am sorry that you do not feel that you are being serviced properly. We have tried to make our communication easier by making text and email available to all of our Residents. This year we have launched the texting to try and have all residents remove their cars from the lots when the plows inform us of their expected arrival. We also have a Tenant Web Portal that allows all residents to pay their rent online so that it is immediately withdrawn from their accounts. The place is very nice, and comfortable. Everything, is in good shape, the only problem with it is that no one answers the phone.
