I live in the apartment for almost a year, thinking about renewing. but when this morning I found my car broken into. The car was parked inside the condo, in the parking lot right beside the building we live. I have a two year old at home that I was taking to the doctor when I found my car like this. when I took it up to the office/management they couldn't care less, all they did was say that I had to take it up with the lawyers. im sure this isn't the type of thing you'd like to deal with, specially your home, where you live and you can't even feel safe. I do not recommend this place, not worth it

We survived living at Seville at Clay Crossing. The Apartments are absolutely beautiful but have been mismanaged into the ground. My full review is on google, but long story short we experienced the worst pest problem we’ve ever encountered on any rental property here. We went from having no bugs to a hostile takeover of roaches coming into our apartment from our downstairs neighbor’s apartment. We asked the management for help several times with treating the source apartment, but it took them 6 months before they actually did anything about it. I told them I’m allergic to roaches, it’s an actual health issue for me. But all they’d do is put us on pest control & suggest more pesticides I could buy at my own expense (even though they were aware that I had already purchased several). I literally begin to feel like I had become a professional exterminator there. During this whole process I had a job loss & decided to follow through with the idea of finally starting my own business. But I couldn’t even focus on building our business because of the heavy infestation that was taking place. The roaches got into everything. I would wake up every morning battling depression from our living conditions, because I wasn’t sure of what roach war was next. I went from loving our beautiful kitchen & bathroom to hating it. I was taking anxiety & allergy medication everyday just to function. The roaches invaded our garage, our new car, & just about every room in our apartment. No place was safe. I’ve never seen such a severe pest issue like this before or management with no real care for their residents & their living experience. They are building new apartments in Katy every day; I wouldn’t advise anyone to move here. The apartments are beautiful but its history is horrific, the management is inconsistent & it’s simply a roll of the dice depending on which apartment you get.
f you would have asked me 4 months ago how I felt about Seville @ Clay I would have told you it was amazing. When I moved in the Staff was friendly and the Manager was knowledgeable. They spoke to you with respect. Those days are long gone. I am shocked to see so many 5* reviews. They have to be paid for. There is no understanding or compassion. They lack skills in communication and guest services. I try calling, 50% of the time I get no answer, when I do, I get hung up on, or worse talked to like I am an idiot. I will not renew my lease here, I would rather live in a dump and have respectful staff, than stay here another day.
I loved the condo and the office staff is very friendly. I recommend it 100%
