GARBAGE AIR QUALITY Air is not pulled out of the apartment, rather their AC duct is pulling air from a central unit for the building in their maintenance room and it spits out dusty air into your place. ROACH INFESTED Roaches will be seen all over the walls around the complex. my neighbor has them literally coming in and out of their door regularly. NO REGARD FOR TENETS My apartment flooded today. I was at work. I come home with no notice on the door, no email, no call to my floor covered in water. I thought it just happened but I see people were in here moving things around. The counter is covered in nasty waste water in the kithcen and all the cabinets are covered in a yellow stained water. They used my mop to clean some up it seems. They also thought it would be a good idea to move the wet boxes (empty package boxes that were to be thrown away) and put them on my FURNITURE!!!! How was that a good idea at all????? There is no carpet in the place so they could easily have set them on the side of the apartment that didn’t have any water (the water only covered the kitchen and some of the dining. But they’d rather put all the wet trash on my furniture. INSANE, and you are INSANE if you live here… yeah that includes me for now.

I currently reside at Seville Belmar East in Dallas. My AC unit stopped working 8/25. The only solution offered was a small unit on the window. The apartment has been at 80+ degrees since then. I’ve had to rent a hotel while waiting for a part that won’t arrive until Tuesday. The unit exposes my apt to potential break ins as only a card board was used to cover the windows. The apt permeates with the smell of weed because of the flimsy cardboard unable to keep out the smell. The laundry area does not have working air conditioners. The overall area is unsafe, and run down.

I honestly liked this apartment when I first move in, it is nice and spacious and cheap. However, unless you live in the top floor you will be hearing every sound that the upstairs residents make. The ceilings/flooring are very thin and the floors are made up of vinyl flooring and you can hear every stomp, argument, music and dropping of objects from above you. This can be pretty annoying when it’s 2 am and you are woken out of your sleep almost every night by the people jumping up and down and scraping furniture and yelling upstairs constantly. Or even throughout the day when you are working from home or taking a nap and you hear nothing but footfalls and heavy objects all day. Hopefully this will not be your case if you move in and you will have ppl who are more considerate of other around them and don’t get louder or ignore you when you address them like mine have. Thankfully the property manger responds pretty quick to messages in my opinion but hopefully something can get changed or else I feel a lot of people will decide to move elsewhere. Everything else is pretty good.

Please do not rent here. If you do get everything in writing & brush up on your tenants' rights. • The office staff seems to rotate a lot, which a lot of them are nice so not a huge deal. You will not be able to get anyone to answer the phone or emails so if you have issues be ready to go into the office. If they agree to something have them email it to you while you're still there because they have gone back on their word. Document everything. • Roaches are an issue & if you don't have them when you move in like me, you will if your neighbor gets them. They do spray, but there's only so much that can do if neighbors turn the pest control away. • When it rains, it smells like wet dog poop. It's also muddy/slick everywhere & the landscaping seems to only extend to outside of the complex. • Your neighbors will likely not leash their little dogs or big dogs that are badly trained or not at all, so if yours needs space from others don't expect that. • I actually did like the maintenance team, but if it's an issue that they can't fix same day just expect it to take multiple weeks. Even if they don't have to get into anyone else's apartment & you follow up. • If you have mold, they will paint over it. Check the seal on your front door because most are ill fitted. • A lot of your neighbors smoke both cigarettes & not cigarettes indoors so you will smell it. Management will send out warnings but it's pervasive since people move in & out so often. Same if they're painting on your half of the building after a move out. All you will smell is paint. Honestly, your neighbors will be mostly nice & it's very much a community but it's the norm for the area even though I love my neighbors. There are better management companies renting in the area, probably for similar pricing.

I love how my Unit looks BESIDES THE MOLD AND THE ROACHES. There are even roaches outside I've never seen so many roaches in my life. There are LIVE roaches in the digital clock on my stove. Management came up to look at it and did nothing about it. Theres no telling how many roaches are in there I don't even want to cook or eat anything at home honestly it's sickening. My child's room is FULL OF MOLD along with my living room window. I've emailed every email address I have for Seville over 2 weeks ago and I have not received a response. Crime is good. Monica is great. But I don't like living in a molded roach Motel

I was here a year. Decent staff- quick w email. Maintenance above average. Super friendly neighbors. Quiet. Older buildings. Narrow elevator. Narrow stairwell, fyi. Pretty good sound proofing. I was on the 4th floor, but no complaints from my below neighbor. Floors are nice and sturdy, you won’t feel as if your steps are echoing. Dog park. Valet trash. Covered parking. Euro is a joke :/ if you can, get a unit w connections or you’ll be subject to the laundry room. Loved the location. Didn’t care for the one guest per unit policy (u have to give ur guest a hanging tag and dont forget to retrieve it when they leave); however, parking is tough, id recommend a covered spot. When they spray for pests, they request you to clear off ur counters and empty your cabinets.......(hope this has changed)
Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Been a resident a little over a year now, reasonably priced for what you get.
I do not recommend living here. The office staff is great but will make this place look like heaven to get you to lease. Residents do not pick up after their dogs so you have to watch where you step. They have ROACHES. You get billed for pest control monthly but they won't spray unless you put in a request. We had them spray many times and they can't get rid of them. Dont let the price fool you.
I like how the maintenance people are fast and always fix your problems on time. They have elvators but they hardly work or keep messing up . They take your trash out for you .
This place is pretty alright. I've lived here for only a year now and I'm about to leave. The buildings are old but the insides are renovated. The walls are made with wire mesh so wifi doesn't reach through the walls very well, but they're thick so you don't hear any noise from your neighbors. They have saltwater pools which is better for your skin and hair than chlorine. Since the buildings are old the elevator in my building doesn't work sometimes and smells weird, so if you live on the 4th floor you have to deal with that. I don't know about the other buildings. The people are pretty friendly here as well; a lot of families and such. The parking is by permits. You get your own and one guest pass, which I hate, but if you don't have people over often it's alright.
The apartment complex that I reside is perfect for elderly individual. It is hidden from the on-slot of traffic and is surround with neighbors who are friendly. A short stroll to the shopping strip lets you access a neighborhood grocery store, make an appointment to get your hair done, have your tax return filed, fill your prescription and get a foot massage.
