So much potential but you can never speak with anyone about the place. The numbers and contacts they provide are a joke. The owner should reconsider who he has managing the place. They swapped out maintence not realizing the office is the issue.

Roaches everywhere, unsafe neighborhood. Dogs pee in the building. Electric bill is just too high for everyone. Over $400 per month. Homeless people sleep in the stairwells. When you go to look at the place, you will see with your own eyes.

Seville Lofts in Trenton, NJ is an incredible place to stay! The apartment was pristinely kept and the management was friendly and helpful. Every issue was resolved in a timely manner.

The staff is amazing, they are always very sweet and responsive. They make everything so easy. This place is amazing, it makes me feel like I am on vacation. Every detail was thoughtfully considered when the buildings were designed.

By far the most convenient and rewarding application process that I’ve been through. Their enthusiasm for this property was contagious. Always clean and well-maintained. Great location, easy to get to local stores and work, near metro, near buses, most places are walkable, great restaurants just up the road. Whenever I put in a request maintenance help right away! Highly recommended Seville Lofts!

Staff are so pleasant and very responsive with addressing any concerns immediate...been a resident for 3years and highly recommend....friendly staff and safe environment. Haven't had any issues. It's a nice place to live with a lot of space for the price. The experience has been very positive here in Seville!

Currently, I am a resident of the Seville Lofts, Trenton, N.J.. This has been a horrible experience. The HVAC system has not worked for months and continue to not work. At least 10 apartment units have been without central AC this entire 2023 summer. The owners will not repair the AC units, have not provided any information on when they will be repaired, nor have they made rent adjustments for the inconvenience. The apartments read an excess of 80 degrees, all day and night, on the thermostat. This has been an absolutely terrible experience with these owners.

The management provides an array of luxury features and amenities from spacious living areas, to updated appliances and design elements. The staff is exceedingly helpful and professional, always eager to answer questions and provide guidance with selection and lease signing. Not only do they offer luxurious housing, but the local area is a vibrant one with plenty of entertainment options and activities for all ages. If you're looking for luxury and convenience, look no further than Seville Lofts.

The pictures on the website accurately reflected the reality of the property, which was enormous yet tastefully decorated. poor condition, management seems slow, too many problems, needs more attention.

management is bad. can't get intouch with owner when there is a problem. my air/heat system been out for over 4 months and no one is doing nothing about. building haven't been exterminated in over 6 months. mice running around.
