Blanco Road is where you’ll find most of the dining options in Vista Del Norte, but there are a few more chain restaurants and big-box stores just off Wurzbach Parkway in neighboring communities.
Vista Del Norte sits just 14 miles north of downtown San Antonio, and the I-10 and I-410 will get you there in no time. The adventurous crowd and those who travel for work will get a lot of use out of the San Antonio International Airport, just a 15-minute drive from the community.

Property Ratings at Seville
A great apartment with nice pool at the office. I feel like management is under staff shortages because it looks like the work load to get certain help is always on queue. They did help my friend Danielle and her family save money on a new apartment to move in. Overall a great place to live.
I came in Saturday to help my boyfriend find an apartment. The woman was lovely, and gave him the allocation. He works out of town so I had to turn it in, and wow… if you value customer service do not come here. First the women said there were no openings until another lady came out of her office and showd there actually IS. Then she wouldn’t accept the application fee of $55 which is highlighted on the paper and wanted $99. She had no interest in trying to be kind or have time for me. I wish I could get paid to NOT do my job.
Don’t look here. Even if you come 35 mins before closing they will act like they don’t know anything about their complex and give you one word answers so you’ll get the vibe that they want you to leave. I Asked about one bedroom availability and the male rep immediately said “we have none available” then I said “in March...” (it’s currently end of January) apartment rep said “it’s hard to tell” without even looking at his computer. I got the vibe really quick, thanks for the customer service. It was appreciated.
Overall Ive been fairly satisfied. The girls in the office have somewhat bad attitudes and they've switched out the staff a few times and it seems to run throughout the company. There is a huge wasp problem. The inside is decent though they put new carpet in all the units although there is little to no storage space and small kitchens. Affordable for the area.
I truly love my new apartment. Everyone has been a blessing to my husband and myself from start to finish. I would recommend this place to everyone that asks me where do i live.
Moved in to The Seville just recently, pretty pleased so far. It's nicely located near both the Wurzbach Parkway and 1604. Complex looks to be well maintained despite pushing 40 years old. The kitchen is smaller than you'd like, but comes with a lot of cabinet space. My unit comes with a fireplace and a patio, being on the first floor. It's a little dark, but that helps keep down the energy costs. The only real big issue I've had is the insects. Put in a work order already and expect it to be taken care of by the end of the week. Besides that, there's plenty of space for this 1/1.
After searching for an affordable two bedroom apartment for almost 6 months, The Seville is where I decided to reside and I couldn't be happier. I have never written a review before but I guess I will start with how spacious they are. Our two bedroom apartment is 1095 sqft, yeah huge, I know; that's the size of some houses. My master bed room is also very large. Let me just paint the picture for you, I have a queen sized slay bed and its matching dresser, a bookshelf, two closets, a towel pantry, a vanity styled sink area with a storage cabinet underneath and a medicine cabinet. My bathroom has the tub and toilet only in a separate area. With all of that, I can still fit more stuff in my room and have walking space. The second bedroom is a great size as well, not as big as the masters but can fit a queen sized bed and its matching dresser, and two nightstands. The best thing about all of this is that I love that the bedrooms and the living room all have a sliding door that gives you access to a huge patio. Speaking of the living room, It is also so huge that our furniture looks tiny in it. The kitchen and dining room are also great with black appliances and brown wooded cabinets. I can't end a review without giving you guys inside info on the staff though. Yep, you guessed it, they are also great. Haven't had one issue with them, they are timely, efficient and respectful to their residents. The pool is cleaned every Monday which I love because I live right next to it. So it gives it an added bonus and if I ever need a work order filled they are on it the next day , if not the same day. Ok, ok, let me stop before you all think I was hired to write this review LOL! I'm just a happy camper in my apartment that has experienced some disgusting, hellish apartment complexes, just thought I would give credit where it's due.
