Seville Uptown

The staff have been very helpful. Had some maintenance issues resolved right away and the move went very well. Have no issues with the community and the local hangout and eateries are easy to get to. The biggest issue and not the apartment issue is the amount of construction that is constantly all around.

I enjoy being a resident of Seville Uptown. I have good neighbors. The communities area is clean and convenient. The pool area is great during the summer! There are many community events. The management staff is friendly. And the location is excellent, I have everything I need within walking distance!

Having lived here for eight years now, I can honestly say Seville Uptown is in better shape now than ever. The management team is responsive, helpful and professional. Madi and his maintenance team are top notch. The grounds are maintained very well. While it may seem minor, the fact that outdoor lights are replaced quickly when needed means a lot. It's the little things that make the difference!

Beautiful place and great staff. I'm very happy here. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and great to walk my pup yet still easily walkable to everything.

I am incredibly happy with my decision to move into Seville Uptown. The staff has been amazing since my first contact and all the way through my move, which was smooth and simple. The community is secure, well kept/maintained and overall very quiet.

The Seville has some beautiful apartments with amazing windows. I live in one of the “classic ” apartments, and even though it’s not updated with the most shiny appliances and what not, the size of the windows and natural light make up for it. The staff does an awesome job of keeping common areas meticulously clean. Overall I’m very pleased to be living at Seville.

The touring, application, and leasing processes was so made so easy by the wonderful staff at Seville Uptown. Not only did they respond promptly to my calls, they answered all of my questions and assured me throughout the process. I look forward to moving in when my lease starts.

I really love living at Seville but unfortunately the property is looking extremely run down. The carpets in the hallways are disgusting, random stains, animal urine, and it has been a year since I toured and was ensured this would be changed. The cleaning staff rarely addresses any floor other than the first floor or any stairwells not by the main entrance. The gym is out of date, poor quality equipment, and often unclean. Lastly, the outside landscape is looking untouched and needs a refresh after the winter. It really is a shame because the maintenance staff and Josh are so great.

The neigbors are very friendly. I appreciate the community events and the staff does a nice job organizing! It is a fun place to live.

Living here has been wonderful, it’s fairly quiet and lots of fun to use the pool in the summer.

I love my apartment and the location. However over time the carpet in the hallways has become dirtier and sometimes the hallways stink. Maintenance requests takes ages to be resolved.

We absolutely love the location and the apartment, everything is well maintained, neighbors are friendly and pretty safe community. But what does the difference from others Aparments complex is the team, honestly they always are there to help you, you can tell that they genuinely care about the community. Kody is the best community manager that we have ever met, and we are happy that we chose Seville Uptown as our new home.

Seville uptown staff is extremely helpful and nice! The new management has been helpful during move in and they are making lots of changes to the apartment for the better! Maintenance has been quick to come and fix anything! Our newly renovated apartment is wonderful and feels “homey”.

One of the best managed communities I’ve ever lived at. The renovations can be a bit of a hassle, but I’m excited for the end result!

My apartment has been uninhabitable since the Winter Storm in December, 2022. It is now late February and repairs still have not been completed. I have had to find alternative housing in the meantime. Management has not followed through with their promises to work with my insurance and provide plans/agendas for repairs. My claims agent has notified me that Seville's management team has not responded to her calls/voicemails. I have also not been provided with any kinds of work schedules, agendas, or progress updates. Meanwhile, I have had to pay for rent for the uninhabitable unit and rent for temporary housing (which is more problematic than it should be due to management's handling of (a) cooperating with my insurance, and (b) providing timing estimates and status updates on repairs.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The doors have been broken since the summer and don’t lock. Random men from the gas station down the street walk around the apartment since there’s nothing preventing them from entering. Packages stolen on a regular basis again due to the doors not being fixed and cars being broken into is a common occurrence. Maintence requests take days to fulfill even when it’s an emergency such as the heat not working or the air condition not turning on. Excited for my lease to be over.

The property managers and maintenance team take care of residents needs and any issues.

Big props to Kody! He is exceptional. I was considering moving before the management changed, however there was an immediate improvement in everything once the new team came on. Kody and the rest of the team have been nothing but pleasant and helpful.

Great location but very dirty property. Security if limited since several doors are broken.

Seville could be a top notch apartment if they had security cameras in the mailroom and garage, as well as armed security in the garage. It has been almost a daily occurrence of delivered packages being stolen or vehicles broken into. It happens so often, it literally is a running joke amongst the residents living here.

Building in poor condition. Office staff not the friendliest. Great location. Quiet street. Building not secure. Nice pool area. Maintenance slow and unfriendly.

So far, we have loved our apartment and the quality of our appliances. We are in a great location in Dallas and look forward to all that is to come! We appreciate Seville taking the time to address feedback.

Ever since the new management took over Seville, they've totally changed it around. Haven't had a management team that cares as much as they do. They also recently just redid our pool which looks amazing. Excited for all the things to come under this new team. Wasn't sure if I was gonna renew my lease, but I'm 100% I will be now.

I lived her for several years and regretted re-signing my lease. I finally moved out and, of course, was charged retaliatory fees such as replacement of sheet rock from hanging picture in the wall. I paid it and moved on. But, felt it important to at least write a review. The larger issue is if you choose to live here be prepared for the key fobs to never work and you will get stuck in the garage. Frequently residents will bash in the door (I assume out of frustration because the fobs never worked). Management does nothing about the issue. Also be prepared for major attitude by all management and leasing staff. It's really sad. CREA is pretty terrible and it shows. The location is good, but there are plenty of other places to consider.

We have loved living at Seville. It is centrally located in Dallas with minutes to downtown, walking, riding a bike or driving. Travel to other parts of the city is easy as the location gives you access to the interstates and tollways making travel very convenient if necessary. Seville has a very midtown feel where you're centrally located to the fun parts of the city at the same time a reprieve from the busyness. It is really easy to call our apartment home the following reasons: Beautiful trees providing shade, beauty and privacy to our patio, the floor to ceiling windows are great and provide fresh sunlight in our unit. The loft-style layout with laminate floors (did I mention NO CARPET)is perfect for minimalists or people looking for a clean classically contemporary apartment to make a home. Place is gorgeous, everything is brand new and, constantly cleaned and maintained.  The leasing staff(look out for Adrian: absolutely phenomenal) and leasing manager always answers questions promptly through any form of communication.  Very pet friendly and just a friendly place to live overall as I couldn't say enough about the management team. Maintenance requests are processed in a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent.

Ever since CREA management team took over the entire property has gone downhill. There has been an increase in crime and pest control issues, which the management team is either incapable of handling or just doesn’t care. So many other options in Dallas, don’t waste your time here.

The new CREA management is terrible and does not care about the tenants. Many other options without having to deal with that

Apartments look nothing like the photos shown here. There is ONE model unit - ones available for rent look nothing like that. New apartment management, CREA, is absolutely horrible. Completely unresponsive to e-mails, resident portal doesn't allow for recurring payments, maintenance doesn't let you know whether or not they entered your apartment... I love my apartment but will sadly have to move if this horrible management style continues.

Pictures are inaccurate. New management took over and they are HORRIBLE. The apartments will not look that nice. The updates are going to take years I’m sure. Do not accommodate despite the mess of transitioning to new management. Do not give enough notice before entering your unit. Rude staff. Prices are increasing, conditions are getting worse. And if you like a good gym get a membership before living here. It’s horrible.

I loved living at Seville Uptown and would have continued living there had I stayed in Dallas. Loved my apartment, the neighborhood and I always felt safe living there.

Please be advised that the maintenance gentleman was VERY respectful and courteous regarding meeting/greeting and briefly providing me w/a recap of the service orders in which I had previously submitted for his acknowledgment and/or completion.

Professionalism from the staff, this includes custodial and maintenance as well. The facility seems to be very clean. Zack, Morgan and Joey have all been supportive throughout my move.

I would certainly recommend this property. We loved our unit, the upgrades to the property and units will be very nice and the staff is terrific. The location is wonderful and once the multiple construction projects in the area are complete, much easier to get around.
