This is my first apartment ever moving into and I love it! I lived here for about a year and had no major issues. If something came up, maintenance was here less than 24 hours. Front office is excellent! Only reason why I am moving is because I am in the process of getting a home. If I wasn’t, I would of stayed here longer. Feels exactly like home.

I absolutely love this place being that I dont have any family here all the office staff make me feel like family thats why when I moved away for 6 months and came back to the San Antonio area this was where I wanted to stay I couldn't have asked for a better family.

I love being a resident of Sevona Westover Hills community, due in large part to the great Management and Maintenance team here.
I liked the apartment community because its nice , clean and secure. Maintanence people are excellent and they are very fast and capable in fixing things soon.
The environment is great, pricing is fairly reasonable, staff is extremely friendly and helpful, amenities are pretty amazing.
I chose to move here because of how close it is to my job and to a grocery store without having to get on the highway. The community is affordable and clean. The personnel is friendly and attentive to my concerns. This is overall what I look for in a home space.

Would recommend because of its location. Only thing I did not like, the gates would be open all night, around 35% of the time.
Community is starting to look runned down. Was told no pressure washing was allowed right now. Just moved in and not the expectations of luxury apartments. Will continue to notify maintenance and management until standards are brought back up to my standards! Recommend pressure washing all resident entrance patios and stairwells for starters. Next, would make tenants remove vehicles that have been sitting for months with expired registration. Also would like my outside windows cleaned on the second story so i could enjoy the view. Also, tell residents to place drip pans under vehicles that leak oil! Lastly, designated parking would be great!!!

It's a nice family friendly area, and not far from gas station, grocery store, and shopping centers.
I have already. It's convenient to live close to work.
There are minor complaints and gripes around, but generally the apartment is nice for the price. I would definitely have higher expectations if my rent went up, but overall it's a decent value for what I have now.
Love the location and the grounds are well kept. The staff is awesome and so helpful. Maintenance is quick to solve the issue. Overall an awesome experience so far

Location/setting is just where we wanted it to be, and the environment is pleasant and comfortable. Most of all the office staff are welcoming and friendly. We've been coming here for winters for the past 4 years and Sevona feels like home.
The scenery is very pretty, the 2 bedroom I have is very large.
The personnel was friendly but it should not take almost an entire day for an issue to be addressed and the same issue should not have to be addressed again within a few weeks.
Everything was pretty much perfect ! It's been a month && I'm still in love !!!
If you have to (or just prefer to) love in an apartment, Sevona is a pretty good one. Prices per size and location are much better than any others in the Westover Hills/Alamo Ranch area.
Had I known that this place was marked for theft- at least once a month for the past two years, I would not have moved here. now I'm in a lease I cant get out of as they are not releasing me even though I don't feel safe. Approx 5-7 residents woke up to no tires/rims two weeks ago. The property has not implemented safeguards and keeps taking rent money and signing new leases. I have to arm myself in the meantime. I have reason to go outside late at night and I never know when the thieves are going to be around. If they stole at least 20 tires two weeks ago, it has to be more than two people doing the job. They refuse to make it safer and say theyre working with police but the cops just come out and do a report. They have been on the property at least ten times this yr alone for tire theft. I couldn't even get a discount on the garage . I have been paying $85 a month since june to protect my vehicle from the thieves. It's ridiculous. Good luck with this. Safety doesn't matter, money does,,,,

I would recommend EVERYTHING about this apt. The staff is AMAZING! From beginning to end they help us along the way no hesitation!
The apartment community is beautiful and quiet and the staff was very friendly and easy to talk to.
I feel like almost everythiNG was perfect. The only "warnings" I'd have for somebody is to be cognizant of the larger bugs since we're near a wooded area, figure out the paint code and paint yourself, and the gate stays broken".
This was for pest control, so did not have any interaction with maintenance.

Starting to get a lot of road noise over there.
For me I just picked the wrong apartment I hear everything from Rogers road
I have never had any real issues living here that weren't resolved.
