If I could give 0 I would!!!! If you’re considering signing a lease with this company RUN!!! Trust me it is not worth the headache they give you, especially when you’re trying to end your lease early (after being there over a year) and with plenty of notice! They make you jump through all these hoops and end up stiffing you for your deposit in the end. We spent 6 + hours cleaning everything that was on the check out list and they still charged a cleaning fee for something as petty as dust or cleaning streaks in the fridge! Please know that their appliances are NOT new nor are they in perfect conditions like they say. Although there is a laundry list of other things I could mention it’s simply not worth it and I am glad to FINALLY be done with this place. Best of luck!
Moving in here was easy and went smoothly. The office staff are responsive and very helpful. It is also clean and quiet which is the most important thing for me. I would recommend.
I have been living with TR Mackenzie for almost a year now. I have no complaints. Maintenance is amazing. The girls in the office are always helpful and I really enjoy living in this area. You never hear noise from the neighbors and I have always felt safe.
It’s a nice location on the west side and convenient. Maintenance is quick and gets the job done.
My time at shadow creek has been fantastic. I've been here for close to four years now. This is a great location close to bike trails, bus stops, and grocery shopping. Good neighborhood. Very friendly staff who take maintenance requests seriously and respond quickly to requests. Lovely apartments with great quality and amenities.

Great experience living at Stone Creek for the past three years. I remember the search being easy with plenty of apartments to view and helpful leasing agents. We chose Stone Creek because of the modern feel, well-maintained property, and wonderful amenities. We are so happy to have been residents the few years; property management is always friendly and responsive. Maintenance when needed is easy to schedule! Free access to the pool, outdoor grill area, fitness room, and printer was awesome, plus they have a free coffee machine in the clubhouse. The clubhouse is a wonderful, recently remodeled area that can be used for free if scheduled, perfect for hosting a game night or book club. Underground parking is available, storage space is large, outdoor parking can sometimes be scarce, but street parking is available too. The neighborhood is a fairly quiet area still close to shopping, groceries, breweries, and many popular local workplaces. I'd highly recommend living with Stone Creek if you are looking to live on the west side!
Heather, Lizzie, Rick and Ron and the whole team have been wonderful through the process of seeing the properties, moving inn and living here. They’re actively maintaining healthy relationships. I have lived here for over 4 years. I have enjoyed every minute! It is quiet and not overly crowded yet it is close to Verona (I work at Epic), Fitchburg and only about 15 minutes to downtown Madison. I like the convenience of how close it is to the grocery stores and Target. There are also a ton of restaurants close by. My apartment is great and the landscaping is very well maintained! One big thing that drew me to Stone Creek were the amenities. There is a fitness center, tanning bed, coffee station, and pool. There is also a large community room that I have rented out several times. Lastly, the office staff and maintenance staff has been very professional and courteous.
