Almost 7 months in & I still love it here! The neighborhood, the grounds, the STAFF - all are awesome. And of course the free food for the community & opportunities to earn gift cards is something I’ve never experienced. But it’s almost the end of June & I just wish the pool was open!

My experience at Shadow Ridge has been a mixture of many things-good neighbors, good maintenance crew, good times by the pool, good gatherings with the Ridge community , , but on the flip side-limited parking spaces at times, dumpster overflowing at times… Overall, Shadow Ridge is good place to call home unless you can find a perfect place. For example, the leasing office organizes food drives 2-3 times per week within the community, by the community & just for the benefit of the Shadow Ridge community so that residents are empowered to give & receive help from each other - amazing! Maintenance is quick, professional & friendly. Just moved in about a month ago & I love it here!

No where to park for guest. Trash around dumpster. Neighbors always having parties blocking door entrance. Neighbors lives above you stomping and running all night.

It is really nice and quiet here. Nobody bothers you and people just mind their own business. It’s nice having neighbors that aren’t nosy. This is the perfect place for a peaceful environment

We have been here since the ending of 2019, started off a little rocky and has improved each year. Maintenance does a wonderful job inside as well as the outside up keep. Only downside is the guest parking, residents without registration fills it up everyday never a place for guest. A better system needs to be provided.

Great place to live, maintenance is quick and polite, and pretty quite at night. I feel safe walking around the apartments and do not feel like my car may be broken into. A new playground it being built for the kids which is great. Only wish is that the pool was open at more convenient times its only at 10-5 at the moment.

It's a Safe Community to Live In. Tenants respect each other and All people that are in charge (Leasing Office Personnel and Maintenance Crew) are always willing to help the Tenants and their needs. I would highly recommend any of my Friends to come and Live at our Communitty.
