Property Ratings at Shadow Ridge
I have lived here for 7 years. We are now in a large 2 bedroom with a bonus room. Hill Properties takes excellent care of their property. Inside and out, they make sure everything is working properly. It is quiet and clean and lots of room outdoors. We could look for a more modern complex but we are afraid that not every owner will take the same type of care that we are so used to here at Shadow Ridge!
Shadow Ridge has such a convenient location to the highways, it makes getting around Louisville easy, and quick. The apartment itself is quiet, with good size rooms, and a wonderful staff keeps up the grounds and common areas. The pool is good size, and the workout room has modern equipment. The staff is always friendly and the maintenance staff is swift to respond should they be needed. Coming from a house to an apartment can be difficult, but it has been a little easier since this is such a great place to live.
I love the thick walls, I never hear my neighbors. The key entry to the building and mailboxes inside make me feel much safer. Clean, up to date, and nicely sized apts with lots of closet space and storage
