The staff is amazing. It’s nice and green around here and I love the area. Like the layout and it’s a nice size for a 1 bedroom apartment. A little outdated of course and the popcorn ruff definitely have to go .

Woodbend is a quiet and friendly community of residents. I love using the state of the art grills for BBQs. The grounds are well kept and the atmosphere is uplifting with lots of nature. The staff is caring and helpful

I really enjoy living here. The neighborhood feels safe which is important to me as a single female. The management is very responsive and the staff is friendly. It’s a good, relatively quiet place to live with a nice pool. Laundry hookups would make it great.

Love the area these apartments are located in! We are only 15 minutes from the beach, there are plenty of stores in any direction, and a lovely park with trails right down the street. The apartment itself is spacious for a one bedroom, with a lovely patio and a wood burning fireplace. The amenities such as the gym and the pool are great to have as well. We really love living here!

I've lived here many years. This is a quiet, safe, peaceful complex with many trees, a sparkling pool, and quiet neighbors. Maintenance is prompt. Residents often walk their dogs.

When I first moved in the community was a lot better. Now, the people who live here tend be not be respectful of how loud they play their music, alarms are constantly going off, people hang out at their cars and are extremely loud at 3am. I enjoy my little safe-haven of an apartment, but I wish the neighbors would be more respectful.

Only major downside are the laundry machines which often smell bad and sometimes are in bad shape.

We do have porter staff 6 days a week who focus on detailing the laundry rooms and machines each morning that they are on site. If you come across a machine that needs attention, please let our office know so that we can get that taken care of. People smoke marijuana and the smell goes through the vents in the apartments and its annoying.

I feel very safe living here. It is very clean and quiet. We are very happy living here.
The apartment seems very questionable. One weekend into our move and there was already numerous issues.
It takes too long to get maintenance. Seems they are understaffed
i love how everything is very well maintained in the community, how we have so many stores that are convenient and also close to kids school.
I hate that I can hear EVERYTHING my neighbors do.
Woodbend was a comfortable living situation. However, the non-reserved parking situation was problematic.
The complex has been involved in a major renovation to buildings and water supply plumbing for 15 months! My building has not received either upgrade yet! (only construction noise for the past year!!)
A major issue with living is parking. It is such an issue that we would not recommend.
Don't give this sorry excuse for an apartment complex a dime of your money. My life was a living hell staying here.They are thieves and liars.
