Great place to live! Spacious, airy and inviting apartments. Great maintenance and staff crew really do a good job. Lots of open green space and lots of parking. Greta place to live. I would recommend to anyone looking in the North Hills!

I am so glad I chose to live here! Debbie in the office is so sweet and the owner Craig is straight forward and honestly one of the nicest landlords a person could ask for. My apartment was extremely clean when I moved in and it’s a quiet neighborhood. I never had any problems. My tub wasn’t draining when I moved in and they had maintenance come the next day to fix it! Easy and convenient. Loved it!
I have lived here for approximately 5 years and I couldn't have picked a better place to live. The manager Debbie and her helper at the office Glenda are absolutely the best And sweetest people who go above and beyond the call of duty. The entire maintenance crew are great, I no sooner call they try to get there and fix the problem as fast and efficiently as possible. Craig at the Real Estate Agency has a heart of Gold, you can't get a better group of people to manage your home.
I am a new tenant in Shaler highlands apartments and I really enjoy it. It is a quiet, well spaced neighborhood. There are families of every variety here. The rent is very reasonable and the maintenance staff is very punctual when there is an issue. I would recommend these apartments for anyone looking for their first apartment. And it's just a short drive to and from the city of Pittsburgh!
