Rocklin, California sits just 21 miles northeast of Sacramento along I-80. This busy city is more than a suburb -- it is home to Sierra College and William Jessup University. It is filled with shopping plazas, such as the large Blue Oaks Town Center, and a section of Granite Drive is known as "Toy Row." (These toys are for grown-ups -- such as RVs and boats.) Rocklin is directly north of Roseville and residents enjoy easy access to Westfield Galleria at Roseville, providing even more shopping.
You'll enjoy fantastic mountain views when you move to a Rocklin apartment -- the city is surrounded by the Sierra Nevada Mountains and the Sutter-Butte mountain range. Quarry Park features hiking trails and an amphitheater where concerts are often held.
Rocklin has a secret -- the Secret Ravine, that is, which played a large role during the California Gold Rush. Later, Rocklin became a major granite-mining town -- be sure to take some of the Quarry History Tours after moving to Rocklin.

My wife and I have lived at Shaliko for the last year and have been very happy. Moving around in the military, we’ve been to a lot of apartments. This one has been more than excellent. The staff are very professional and are timely with answering any questions. The nicest thing we have noticed, is how professional and courteous the maintenance team is. They respond very quickly and have been very knowledgeable of any thing that’s needed attention in our apartment. Highly recommend this nice quiet community.

This property staff is attentive, responsive, and helpful. There has never been a time I have asked for assistance where I have received anything but the highest level of care and quality. toured at Shaliko today, Brittany who toured me was very kind and knowledgable. The community was very clean and was quiet. Unfortunately was out of my price range but I would recommend to others.

Ive lived here for about a year and i can say I absolutely adore it here. It is extremely quiet at night you could hear a pen drop. Jose and Ant on the maintenance staff are always really quick and have amazing quality of work. Rommel is also extremely friendly and very helpful. Parking does get a little scarce after about 5pm, but overall this is a solid place to call home.

I highly recommend living at Shaliko. The staff is friendly and the move-in process went smoothly. The complex is a gated community and it is quiet and safe. I loved that it is located nearby the I-80 freeway, stores, and restaurants (everything is close by). There are virtual community events, and mail packages are left in a secured place. Honestly if you are looking for a great homey environment to move to.. this is it.

These apartments are truly one of the best in the Rocklin area. We lived there for approximately three years and never had any issues. In addition the maintenance personnel were always available to help us with any small issues they may have come up. I truly recommend you give these guys a try.
